Oh My Goodness, you are an answer to prayer. I have been fighting this for 7 years. The doctors are telling me what it is, however, no one has ever given me a solution or somthing to reduce the irritation.
My favorite Doc on U-tube! I was battling with PF for almost half a year. It was very likely caused by improper foot wear. Got Kuru shoes and some insoles from a podiatrist. So far so good. Will try your stretches for preventive maintenance. Thank you very much! Do you never age?
Hi Doctor Jo, I had an appointment with my Doctor a few days ago here in the UK as I have a pain in my left side probably after over stretching whilst working in the confined footwell space of my car. My Doctor said she thinks I’ve aggravated my oblique muscles on my left side and recommended I looked you up to see if you have any Pilates exercises I could do to help with my muscle recovery. About the seated calf stretch with the strap, do you completely relax your foot before pulling the strap, or do you point your toes up then pull the strap? Thanks.
Good morning Dr Jo! My disc L4,5 and s1 are little buldge. Last year I felt too much pain in my both legs that it was hard to walk. Please suggest exercise. Thank you Dr.
Unfortunately, I don't know that answer since I can't evaluate you. Everyone is different. If there is any way you can see a physical therapist in person, they should be able to help you figure out a specific program for you and help answer your questions.
It depends on what stage of recovery you are in and how your body reacts to treatment, but in general, therapeutic exercises can be done 1-3 times a day, every day.

Suffered with PF for two years, steroid shots, PRP shot did not help, ended up getting surgery, Finally Relief!

Ive got heel pain not sure if its pf tho as ive had it before . Any ideas ?
