Yep, left side of hip, that's exactly where i have so much pain lately! Thanks for the modified versions for super stiff achy hips like mine! Hoping these help. Thanks dr. Jo. 🤗 Edit: coming back to say I had no hope of being able to do the side leg raises. To my surprise I was able to do a very small raise toes pointed in like you suggested. On the painful side was even more minimal raise but something! I imagine with practice I'll build up muscle strength, I can actually already feel it with 10 mini reps each side. Yeah! 😀
I've done many of these exercises, although, not consistently. Going forward, my goal is to work on consistency and improving on what I am already doing.
you defintely break things down into easy bitsize chunks; looks as if the vibrator machine and aerobic rebouder is out of the question for some time now i have go to master all of these and the tendonistis video excellent
Can you tell me how I would know if my hip pain (same outside area you noted), is indeed bursitis? Do I need MRI? Thanks, love your videos! Also, will these exercises strengthen the area?
Thanks! It's probably better to get a PT evaluation first. There are many tests they can perform to figure out what is going on, and then they can build a specific program for you, and hopefully get you feeling better.

Do you know of exercises that are pregnancy friendly? I was able to do the first ones but attempting any small amount of bridging triggers my sciatica. I haven’t been sleeping well because my trochanteric bursa has been killing me when I try to sleep on either side.

Unfortunately, I don't know that answer since I can't evaluate you. Everyone is different. If there is any way you can see a physical therapist in person, they should be able to help you figure out a specific program for you and help answer your questions.
Hlw doctor i am from India 🇮🇳, and i want to ask you a question. I have a cervical disc bulge problem and i want to ask you that ( if the disk that is bulged out will reabsorb in its original place over time?? Or it will remain in the same position place for the rest of life ?? ) i know that the pinched nerve symptoms will be gone on some day but my question is that will the disc bulge will reabsorb in the spine or it will remain like that forever ??

As long as you have been cleared by your doctor to do stretches and exercises, they should b okay to do.

When I wake up in the morning is when it is the worse, is this common? Eases off a bit about 30 minutes after getting out of bed.
