    Hi Adrian!
I started my fitness journey back in February. I weighed 220 pounds. The gym I attend has battle ropes and I thought this video would be perfect for me. It was really hard at first because I was very overweight and out of shape. Fast forward to today, I actually haven’t done this workout for a over a month. I decided to do it today and wow, I am less tired!!
Btw, I am now 179 pounds!
Thanks for this video, it really helped aid in my fitness journey!

The ropes are durable and just like the ones at the gym. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxTFxba6lNeHrZaHoY_LXe6ZzmMfaipnwu Caution: I bought the 50 feet ropes and they are long and heavy so make sure you have the space (I do have the space). If I was to do it again I would probably get a shorter version as 50 feet (25 feet each side) is a little long.

Man, this video has been a lifesaver. I had been looking for some fitness motivation for a while before I finally found this. Made it through twice my first time, but needed a 5 minute break in-between. After a few weeks of doing this routine 5-6 days a week, I was able to complete the routine 5 times with only the minute of rest in-between. Now I'm down 20 lbs from where I started. And that's with taking about 6 weeks off during COVID! I appreciate it!

Wow this is added to my favorites and I'll be doing this slowly into my routine. Today was day 2 and I feel cramped, but I love the pain. I cnt wait for tomorrow 😩

I've never done Battle Ropes but want to start. Mainly, I like the idea of a portable piece of exercise equipment I can keep in my trunk and set up virtually at any playground or park. This is a very well-thought-out tutorial----simple description of the exercise, timer, modified version shown. Everyone I know who has done ropes says it's much harder than it looks but the results are fantastic. I'm looking forward to it---motivated already!

Thank you for showing all types of exercises with the ropes. In the gym I go to the handles on the ropes are too thick but I'll manage, I must manage . Respect that you did all these exercises in one video! ☺

I like the torso twists, it helped me build strength in that area which is essential for perfecting judo throws or sweeps. Also helped me with Muay Thai to turn my hips and throw power into my kicks. The arm workouts really help my arm endurance in matches so my arms don't tire, I don't drop my hands as much as I used to.

played around with battle ropes but havent had a full workout before for it. gonna tag it on the end of my leg workout for some tough ass cardio that isnt a treadmill, which is just not fun after legs, or rowing machine, which just bores me. Thanks for this one.

Hey Battle Coach, my other Coach (my Husband Coach Greg) bought these battle ropes a few weeks ago and they are tough! I recruited you in this area of my workout and it has been awesome. I started weight loss in November from 241.2lbs down now 221.3, slow but steady. Working on muscle tone too. I haven't quite worked up to 3 reps but I'm working on #2 right now. Thanks again for the motivation and workout!
