I have never commented on TH-cam before but I had to on this...…….OMG it worked! Be careful drilling straight and don't go to deep but it worked...…...Thank you Sakrine 1
Thanks bro for the idea! I did a similar thing where I drilled using a 2mm bit and then just hammered in the hex key of 2mm using plastic hammer(without modifying the key) and so I had proper leverage when holding it with a ring spanner and it came out perfectly. The hex key got bent a little but it worked.
mate once again i thought i new everything,,so i try the easy out screw..worked out every other time!!NOT THIS TIME .LIKE YOU SAID,YOU WILL SPLIT THE CARBY...THATS WHAT HAPPEND..I SHOULD HAVE TRYED YOUR WAY,,CHEERS THX FOR THE ADDVICE
THANK YOU! I though I was going to have to risk it with an easy out, nothing would get it to budge. You HAVE to cut the top off the allen key, or it's nearly impossible to hammer it in strait. I skipped the drilling, and beveled the edge on a key that was just slightly larger then the hole.
Thank you, i was about to use a bolt extractor. Great to hear a south African accent on TH-cam. Dankie

Fantastic technique. Worked beautifully.
This saved my tail! Thank you very much!
what a good idea wow im going to give that a try
Legend! Worked for me :) But I used a modified torx screw driver that fit instead of the ellen key. Great idea, thanks.
Holy cow that's genius! Gonna try this out
Good technique, going to give it a try.
Thanks for the vid saved my rebuild. I had to use a combo of allen key and star drive.
Thanks. I am going to have to try this.
Sweet! Thanks for the tip!
