Actually, Kelly had recently walked off the Today Show. Hoda (works at the Today Show) said it was because the dressing room didn't suit Kelly. Eventually after bad publicity being called a spoiled Diva Kelly's manager said it was because Kelly had been asked about Beyonce, not about the dressing room. Who knows what the real truth is, but Hoda never reversed her claim it was about the small dressing room.

Security need to her in or the doors would be closed and she would not been allowed to enter the film screening.
