    Been married 20 years. In-laws thought I was just a mooch living off my husband’s 150k year salary when I was a stay-at-home mom when the kids were younger. Knew I was meant for more. Opened my own business. Now my company employees 25 people and profits 2 million + a year. I love proving people wrong. Met and married for love, now I make more than my husband because I knew I could be successful, and we are partners. He quit a job he hated and joined me and we actually enjoy spending time together. Marriage isn’t always easy or fun, but it’s worth it if you find a partner like-minded with the same values and goals.

    People. Stop talking about marriage.
    That's not what this video is about.
    He's making an analogy.
    His business is like the "get married" business and not the "get laid" business so he's justified in charging a huge premium for it.
    He's politely telling many of the 80k people who are seeking his service: "You cheap bastards seeking a quick laid should just go away, I'm only helping those who want to get married. So pay me."
    BTW, that's also an analogy, he's not really in the marriage business.

    Line from a movie that stuck with me over the years:
    Crook to cop: You’ll never catch me. I’m much smarter than you are.
    Cop to crook: Yep, you are smarter than I am. You’re probably smarter than my partner and I. BUT, you see, there are over 500 cops here. You are not smarter than all of us together. We will get you.
    When dealing with governments, remember they have more people trying to grind you down. If you come to their attention doing something wrong, the results will be catastrophic. Mind your P’s and Q’s and stay off their radar - your life will be simpler and more satisfying.

    • @danielben-avraham1539
      @danielben-avraham1539 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, important to remember that those who can't perform their skill go into teaching, those who can't do either go into government to suck off the other two groups. These are not the sharpest tools in the shed, but as any parasitic organism goes, they are smart enough to survive and do so in numbers. The key to long marriage is the same as any business enterprise, first chose the right partner. One who sees government for what it is, organized crime looking for a weak victim. Marriage is like real estate in that the value is established in the purchase and not the sale. As the old saying goes, you cannot make a silk purse from a sow's ear. Any partnership must be entered into based on rational thinking on both sides and not emotion. That means the woman must be capable of rational thought and habitually puts emotion aside in decision making. A very rare quality these days. Then it is important to be one in your goals, in my case we are business partners and thoroughly enjoy what we do together. Marriage can be a powerful partnership bringing years of company and fun but it must be treated like a business and not like a hobby.

    • @MrWaterbugdesign
      @MrWaterbugdesign 3 ปีที่แล้ว +14

      @@user-pp1ue1ll5o Yes, marriage in the US and some other countries is a financial contract with the state. There's obtaining the license, the contract, and the optional ceremony where people profess commitment that is complete non-binding. People can have whatever fantasy ceremony they want, say whatever they want. It's putting on a play.
      Of course there is no guarantee about any part of marriage. Like going into any business, no guarantees. There is only the contract. In business as in marriage the contract defines how to handle problems. That's what makes a marriage contract so bad. Few people would enter into a business contract if one of the parties didn't have to put anything in or perform at all, could steal from the business and the resolution for those actions is to give the thief 1/2 the assets. A marriage license unfortunately doesn't put the actual terms on the license and instead the parties have to know it represents laws and precedent.

The quick-hit camp (Those who just want to get laid) are more often young, immature, and don't take life that serious, but they try to take money and business seriously. That actually throws them out of balance because most of them are not experienced or mature enough to know that being married to the right woman can provide you with that extra "Presence of a second mind" thing that you can bounce ideas off of, knowing that you've got someone there for you to support your ideas. To all the men who are complaining about women being gold diggers, what kind of women are you people meeting? Maybe you should check what kind of vibes you give to other people. If you are driving around in a Bentley, you should expect only people who salivate for money. Whether that is investing time, talent, & emotional resonance with genuine loving women who want a traditional family as I do. Or not cutting corners in setting up dual-citizenship, off-shore businesses, mitigating tax burdens in an honest manner & living a life of integrity & honor. For my power is my honor & my word is my bond. I don't lie, cheat, or steal... I am a moral person with a non judgemental moral compass. For me I have strong beliefs about economics & taxation. NOTHING of value in life is easy. But, I am very frugal, not cheap, everything has an opportunity cost. Once I hit 1 Billion $'s I'm done! That's my goal! With that $ I will help others & serve & change the world. Buy a Kia Niro Full Electric Car! Investigate the Niro... It's not a Tesla, but it's 40% less expensive & it's a well made car as all Kia's are nowadays! Kindest Regards,

    If you are a nomad, remember that it is often easier to find lasting love with a wealthy, educated, accomplished woman, than a poor, uncultured airhead. In most countries of the Far East, highly educated and wealthy women are shunned as marriage partners in their society. The men in many cultures will not marry women who are more educated than they are. The women with Phd’s tend to be from wealthier families and have relatively high income, but once they are over their mid-twenties, they are no longer considered marriageable. While there are a lot of these “left over women” in Asia, this also applies to some cultures in Latin America, Africa, and parts of Europe. Traditional match-makers and hi-tech marrige-brokers get very wealthy in these societies. But if you seek real quality in such a relationship, you have to bring something of quality to the table yourself. Else, you will find yourself used and discaded like any giggolo.

      @@PlumbNutz I dont think marriage is a good idea for anyone except the children. I believe women and men should stand on their own two feet, each be able to support themselves, come together as equals if they choose. Put children into the mix though and I think children should be their top priority, children raised with just one parent have one arm tied behind their back...they feel less safe and secure. GIVEN THAT though having a single parent is better than warring parents. So I dont understand why you say marriage is better for women that men. AS a psychologist I have treated men who valued marriage more than their female spouses and were more emotionally dependent than their wives...it is very individual. Also research shows women adapt better to widowhood than men.

    If you aren’t married you can focus on being simple and finding happiness. While married 99.5% of men aren’t happy. If you have a the crazy itch to have a son then just volunteer in the big brother YMCA programs etc to dovetail your desire. 99% of grown children don’t contact their parents except for money and Christmas. Frankly a thankless task. If you have the karma to find a nice lady consider a vasectomy to keep the friendship alive. And course it’s possible to have a perfect family life with children but it’s not in the stars for 99.5%; and not worth the risk in my humble opinion. Who do you know that’s happy with children? And hiring a nanny is a red flag their not. Simple living high thinking.
