Wow!! I knew you could earn rewards with the doll hospital, but didn't know you could use them too!! 😮 I'm a bit shocked that they've taken a down turn though...I sent a Felicity and a Truly Me at the beginning of the year, and didn't have any issues. They also got the new hospital gown, but this is the 1st I'm seeing the new boxes. Now I'm a little concerned though, I had another Truly Me and a BeForever Kit that I need to send in...hope I don't have any issues!!
Yes, I was able to use my points, and I hope you have a better experience. I have had good and bad, but customer service always makes it right if the doll hospital drops the ball. I will continue to use the Doll Hospital, but I will move with caution. Thank you for watching.

@@OutspokenJourney I use it all the time w/zero issues as do many others. It will leave a white residue but just wipe & heat for awhile longer & it will be gone 😉

They usually call you if they cant do something you request I will call them for a refund if you don't send her back.
If you put Oxy Acne cream on the red spot and then wrap in plastic and in a heating pad it will remove the mark ❤
