I personally love this one. I think I love the bangs. I think that’s what it is for me. Plus, I’m more used to seeing the newer ones which don’t look as good in my opinion because they’re missing the original charm.

Yes, I had been looking at him also and was like, let me see him in person to decide. He is cute. I have been playing with him, trying to see if I will bond with him, and I am second-guessing myself. I know this is a collaborative doll with Pottery kids and not the Gotz Doll that are posable. So, I am giving it a couple more days to see if he fits American Girl Doll clothes and then decide. I am just hoping everyone who buys this doll second had or new in box makes sure they ask questions about the dolls limbs before purchasing her. It is very disappointing buying a new doll to find out the meet out fit causes stains. Thank you, and thanks for watching 😊

I am so grateful that you posted this because I’ve been there so many people that need to be aware. i’ve had a very similar situation myself. However, mine is just resulting in a return because otherwise I would’ve had to do the same thing just like you with sending it in. In my opinion, the company should help, but I understand why they’re taking the stand that they are.

@thoward3523 I understand their position also, but they also should make the consumer aware because new American Girl collectors are born every day.
