I’d absolutely love to have that mower … because I have a good 20+ year old Briggs Quantum sitting on my bench that would look beautiful bolted to that deck! The “powernever” engine would make a fine boat anchor!
I understand. This year I am going to start collecting the Quantum's, The Briggs classics and the Honda GCV 160 and 190. It has to be done. They are still hitting the junk yards because of clogged carburetors.
In my mind, the perfect little mower. Got to tip the hat to the owner for giving it the college try but in the end, it takes the Midas touch. Thanks Bruce. Stevo
Wow that is some water. I've had one or two like that before 😂😂😂 1:15 I'm always so surprised to see how people treat their equipment. Great show brother 👏 👍
Correct Bruce the Powermore is one great little engine with very few issues other than: the fuel line is so short it is extremely hard to remove and install on the carb and much easier to remove the fuel tank first. At EP i spray a little silicone on the inlet fuel connection prior to fuel line install. I believe these are $199 mowers soon to become $299 with inflation.
That rice burner started quick and ran like a top after the service. The limited room to get at the carb bowl is a royal pain and maybe the answer is to take a hole saw and cut a round hole in the deck to drop the bowl. lol I have a couple of these to tackle in the Spring as well. Another good job Bruce!
Again, nice video Bruce. At first, I didn’t like the PowerMore because of it being a Chinese product but lately I favor them over the new Briggs engines. For the size of that fuel tank, you’d be surprised how long that little engine runs on a tank of fuel.
That particular engine looks like their tiny little 80cc one. Had one earlier this year, always started first pull, ran smooth. Great for a small yard. I had to order like $20 in parts for mine - needed gas cap, air filter, and the filter cover - now that the filter covers aren't screwed on they get lost a lot more lol.
Runs well after a bit of Brucy TLC. Quite a lot of water in the tank, I wonder if his petrol can is left outside too and water gathers at the bottom of the spout and then gets poured into the mowers tank
i hate powermore engines. very awkward designs on some of them. when they are running they are fine. good luck finding parts. but better then powersmart
Nice Bruce...you made easy work of that mower!
Thanks Larry.

Thanks a lot.
I don't mess with them if at all possible. When I get a snowthrower with a powermore order a Amazon carburetor for $12 dollars us. Saves a headache.
Good idea
Nice work on that power more engine Mr Bruce i dont mind those engine sometimes 😊wow that had enough broccoli under there to make a salad LOL
Thanks 👍

Great point!
Looks like a Murray or a Bolens. 1.2 Briggs.
Good ponti

Yes These har3e becoming "The common engine"
Does this mean springs right around the corner. Your first lawn mower video. It was so good I'm going to watch it again thank you for the video
Spring is a looong way off for us.

Yes I collect any type of filter cover
Good job never seen one yet !
I am sure you will soon.

Yes I told him to get rid of his fuel in the red tank.
You are a great resource for us
Thanks a lot.
I think you did a great job on that thing.
Thanks a lot!!!
We use to call them Struggle-More. Like any of the Chinesium engines, once we work on a few they are about as worrisome as a cloudy day!
Good line
I was wondering if that fuel line was going to whoop you. I to still use a nail to check balance.
Thanks for joining in
What was the black thing that went flying when you first started it?
OK I had to go back to look. 28:50 was the spot. It may have been a piece of that fuel line. Anyway GOOD EYE
DID YOU CHANGE OIL AND CHECK SPARK PLUG?
Of course. If i showed everything no one would watch LOL
Power-no more Bruce 😂
I get it. Actually these are new new better mower engines. :-0
I'm surprised the fly wheel key wasn't sheared. Looks like your neighbor was mowing rocks with the mower.
The flywheel key is always on my mind
You no longer have a love hate relationship with power more engine s that gas water mix looked milk and beer before the water is settled down
Well these engines are on everything.
@@BrucesShop that is so true Mr Pender 😎
You got it running- Don't like Powermore too cheaply made.
They are quite power full for a 140 cc

I agree
