Hey bud, sorry to hear its not working. Have you tried this? For Windows 11
1- Open Windows Settings.
2- Select Gaming, then select GAME BAR and make sure "Allow your controller to open Game Bar" is toggled on.

Windows + L alt + R
Basiccally u just need to change G to R
