    Check with the chefs and restaurant owners in your area about using their kitchen when they're not operating. Particularly for bulk processing... I make fresh pasta for two farmers markets and in exchange for their kitchen I simply make them pasta to run as a special for the weekend. Pretty great deal

    Hey Wilson, if you were to start a coffee shop in the US right now in this economy, where inflation and increased labor&food cost are just starting to reflect in the increasing item sale prices, how would you price your menu items? We'd love to start with higher price but we are in a lower-middle income neighborhood.

    2. Do home bakeries deliver? If so what is the best delivery service?

    • @estonian44
      @estonian44 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      1. i think how much u want to make and what u make as a product will help to decide,
      i make honey cake, in malaysia, i try to make as organic as possible, thus people who seek a deal wouldn't actually buy it
      also Ladies are more interested about this and the "salary" can make up who is my customers:
      Lady about 34-60 rather littlebit more than just middle class, shall do, thus i can indentify location where my amazing people walk/foot traffic and voila, here we go.
      2. we deliver and we use grab (local uber eat type of thing, ) and we postage all over malaysia, extream heat + my super fragile cake, it worked amazing before covid

    • @thelonelyrogue3727
      @thelonelyrogue3727 2 ปีที่แล้ว +15

      I keep an Excel sheet with three major groups. The first group is revenue, and includes every single transaction where I collect money. They're categorized into columns that show how that money was made, and rows that show which time period it was made. The second group is expenses, which has columns that show what the money was spent on. The third group is profits, which subtracts group two from group one, and shows how much money I make every month.
