How much can I realistically expect to take home every month if I am getting like 10-15 orders every week and I’m a premium priced bakery? As in, I focus on quality ingredients etc. I just need a ballpark number to know if this is even a realistic route for me. And is 10-15 orders a week a lot to you? That’s the number I have in my head for me to be maxed out
How could you expect a clear answer? There are many factors, including the ingredients, other overhead and what is your idea of premium prices? From the simple basics, how much (Moneywise) in raw materials to create your product?
