Got to meet Derek tonight outside of my workplace near the Wicked Kitchen headquarters in Austin! 🤩 Yep. That’s a brag 😂 Thank you both for your amazing work!
Oh man, I love the format of you talking over, it must be waaaaay easier to edit too! Love the healthy options you’ve been doing man! Thanks for your veganism, your health options and the love you have of your dog 🐩❤️ fair play bro!
Great recipe ideas, videos, and Frankie is gorgeous.. I am also an Austinite who met John Mackey on Day One at the first Lamar store (although we've also run into each other at Casa de Luz occasionally). The first Lamar store was such a fun and enlightening place. He encouraged everyone there to be unique. And, he personally helped me pick out a goat milk replacement for a lactose sensitivity.. So grateful for the original Whole Foods in my life. Please tell me who your pan in this video is from? Thanks!
I have tried some of the Wick frozen meals from Kroger. Not a fan of the tofu ones but the the others we good. I have the ice cream but haven't tried it yet. We don't have a lot of the options in Memphis TN but I will tey them as we get more. Thank you
Remember to save back one small piece of raw cauliflower to put in your belly along with your drink and meal so that the enzymes can work their magic with the cooked cauliflower for extra nutritional goodness. Thank you Derek ❤
Yummy video. Thank you. I have a chefy comment. You put the hot pot on your cutting board. I’ve always understood that’ll cook whatever residual food is on the board and/or at least, leave a mark or even ruin a board. It’s my habit to not do that but you have no issues with it. I treat my Boos board with the recommended oils and I’m guessing you do too. If you have a moment please comment
Thanks rockstar, At the end of the day it's a piece of wood i can always sand and re-oil if need be.. I care for it well and it takes a lickin and keeps on kickin.. and it's better than the burning the counter. Also any scuffs add character.
The liquid you put the diced potato into-that was the water left over from boiling the cauliflower and ginger initially? If so, how much of that goes into the pot with the diced potatoes, sautéed onions and garlic after the initial broth is blended? About to make this now! 😂
Thanks! I just went with that concept, but just realized that you didn’t blend the ginger with the large pieces of cauliflower and miso so I blended it all together haha. Oh well, still delish! Thanks for answering 😊
I wish your product had olive oil instead of Sunflower oil which is inflammatory. And it would great if that pizza was whole wheat flour. Thanks for sharing.!

Where is Frankie? You seem to be in a different kitchen...in the States?
She’s having a spa day while we work.

By making the cauliflower the size my grandmother could eat off a spoon, do you mean Granny Frankie?
Lol exactly
