@@ember3579 I see the same exact lazy crap in other sort of videos where copyright isn't really an issue like bodycam footage and such. The person with the aide of an AI voice just narrates what happens in the video and plays 2 seconds of the audio while replaying the same segments over and over in the background while narrating, get it all over the 8 min mark, monetize it and voila. Content farms is what I refer to them. Quantity over quality for that easy ad money without much effort.

When corporate people come around we are all supposed to piss our pants and make sure everything is perfect. When a manager threatens to beat you up that's not something you train out of something, that guy should have been gone.

A manager's job is to manage the interests of the investors and board directors who appoint a CEO to make sure this happens. They are not there to abuse the staff with their nonsense. One nights manager at a Sainsburys store in the UK abused his workers and all delivery drivers that delivered there. He made the mistake of messing with the worng guy, assuming that because I am foreign and worked as an agency driver and not being directly employed that he could abuse me. All staff were afraid of him and afraid of losing their job if they didn't do what he said. I stood up for myself, and he tried to lock me out of the store while I was there making a timed delivery for the Argos store located inside Sainsburys. He closed the shutter on my shoulder, which is assault. I then reported him to the Police and soon after, he was fired.

What you said should be a popular phrase that needs to be put up there as a banner on a wall visible to everyone in a workplace. This is the key to a successful team and get all the work done with best quality. A lot of jobs lack this quality, my own office jobs included.
This reminded me of a former colleague who is pretty much double my age and had currently retired. On his last day of his job, he was saying farewell to us few people who were in the office (Fridays were usually quiet in terms of onsite attendance). One of the managers asked why didn't he take the retirement sooner, as he was about half a year to maybe 7-8 months overdue for his retirement (which he has originally planned), he straight away said (paraphrasing): "Well, I don't wanna let my team lead down! He is such a good guy that I decided to stay a while longer and have all these massive tough tasks to be completed before I leave." We were all nodding. We talked a lot with this guy's team lead before his own retirement sometime later, he was one of the most down to earth guy we have ever met. So we totally get why he wants to stay a bit longer before he retires.

What I saw was just a lack of direction from the top. Overall, managers can be pretty nasty, but if there was a regional manager and a company director most of that shouldn't be seen if they are doing their jobs. There is a reason younger people aren't having children and it is because we don't want to bring kids into this world just to be forced in to indentured servitude. All CEO's must think everything in their businesses smells like new paint and detergent, because that is all the smell when they tour them.
