The last one I'm surprised the Health department didn't raid that location and every other location the way that dish room looked like. I'm also surprised that no one who has allergies never got sick while eating there the cross contamination is horrendous. I was a Dishwasher for 12 year I worked both kinds of machines the push and pull and the conveyor belt also pot sink never did I once washed the cooking pots in the machines until the end of day that's why there is a three section sink one for scrub second for rinse third for sanitizing. Serving pans, plates, silverware, drinking glasses, all go through the machine twice silverware would first go through on flat wash tray then when it comes out I rack them in a silverware rack and run it through again pull a couple too see if they need a third trip dirty serving pans and plates would be given a slight scrub ran through if needed another scrub and run through tanks would be clean three times and new water put in. I ran a three compartment dishwasher conveyor belt machines for 3 days by myself doing as I described for 5.25 an hour because the guy who was supposed to be catching went to break and robbed the bank down the street. the idiot didn't even take his name tag off then came back to work😂😂😂 the company I worked for is no longer around and I turn 62 next January.

There needs to be an undercover boss episode with the ER security force at Roseville CA Kaiser hospital. The guards and supervisors keep calling off every other week forcing other guards to do over time. It also puts the psych patients at risk.

So the CEO is suprised that the System of KPIs that have to be hit and constant increases in efficieny targets that Middle / Regional Managers set local Managers, trickle down to more pressure on the workers? Now that's truely surprising... Weird that there are actual Humans involved doing work and it's actually not just charts and spreadsheets.

The abuses by managers are the result of the capitalist system. Now some bosses/owners care, but many do not. Also we must not forget that many workers don't dare to stand up, because they have nothing but their labour. Also in the USA, you can get fired very quickly if the boss does not like you. This is why many American workers are afraid and don't dare to speak out when they get abused by their managers. Capitalism is the problem and we need to overcome it by building democratic control over the companies that control the economy of the world.

Gonna be real though, that Rally's manager was doing what he needed to do. I know we've ALL been extremely frustrated if not outright angry visiting a fast food place that feels like it's being run by teenagers who couldn't give less of a shit. That guy may have not been nice, but it looked like his store was running in tip top shape. Something I don't think I could say for any of the Rallys near me...

The last guy is hardly a bad employee. The owner just believes that anyone who works in the catering industry should love their job and should be lucky to work there. Nobody who works that branche loves working it, unless you are a cook/chef who actively trained to become one. I personally refuse to ever work in it because it's BS that you should wear a smile even when dealing with crap customers.
