What a weird change to make. Instead of starting the game with all 4 characters, they're scattered across the first area each with their adoptive families... but they never do anything with it, they just say "oh, we're all adopted. Anyways...."
He probably will. The ends teases that he'll do the SNES block but will hopefully do the PS1 block too. After that, the series peaked. No great FF after that except X and XII (and tactics) imo.
Fun fact: Even though OnionKids are the weakest and worst class in the game, and cant use magic, if you somehow manage to level them to the late 90's they actually become the most powerful and best class in the game. And they are also the only class in the game that can equip the overpowered Onion equipment, that you get from Dragons in the final dungeon. There are OnionKid only challenges where you get your ass handed to you the whole game, but at the end get rewarded by becoming ultra powerful.
@@emperorofgaming8146 Nope it's not a Joke. This is 100% True, at least in the NES version of the game. Later Versions of the game, changed the class systems so probably not the case for those.
The biggest sucky part is how some of the ports handle how you get the class. While I in general love the 3D recreation of 3+4, their attempts to integrate with the online elements were kinda meh, and the letter system they did for 3 which locked out the onion knight this way is even worse than Rydia's imaginary friend.

That's always my approach to Bards, even if they can do some good if you know what you're doing. For instance, Edward in FFIV can actually do constant 9999 damage with the right weapon equipped for specific enemies.
The shittiest bard in DA can prolly out maneuver anyone from Game of Thrones. Think ninjas and spies with magical equipment and 10x more political maneuvering skills than Littlefinger and Varys.
Sang-fantôme I'm sorry, I don't believe you: Littlefinger can outmaneuver anyone. Granted, I've only read three of the books, but still: I need a LOT of convincing to overturn his status XD

DarkKnightTrinity Assuming that a single year would pass in the breadth of seven hundred and ninety two days, you might be right. I still think that's undercutting it a bit, though...
I like grinding when it offers a break from a series of strenuous fights. The boss gauntlet that is the fifth chapter of Bravely Default (I know it's all optional, but 999 JP per fight is too good to pass up) made me appreciate doing some more casual grinding right after.
I actually really miss the characters in JRPGs being blank slates. Sure, it severely limits what you can do with the plot, but I like being able to make the characters me and my friends without having to deal with the permadeath common to most modern games with blank-slate characters.
Well, some modern games (like the Dragon Age) series have completely customizable main characters and dialogue trees that let you establish a personality. So they are pretty blank-y.
Bobby Sharpe but....their Are blank slate characters on modern rpgs. Ever heard of etrian odyssey? Your party is COMPLETELY customisable and are blank slates. You choose how they look their class EVERYRHING. Etrian odyssey is a modern RPG and has blank slate party members that are completely customisable. It's great they are great games and if you want blank slate parties that are customisable than Etrian odyssey is the RPG series for you.
personally, i like when each character has a set role, it's why i like ff1/ff4/ffx (though in x, you can break it if you choose) the best because throughout the game, each character has a set role, rather then master of all. I love FFt and jobs with a good job class system as well, when it's balanced, but it's rarely balanced and often leads to the game easily being broken without trying, and while i like these games, they're still beneath the set job role games.
I don't I'd rather have a character that actually reacts and has a personality I can relate to than some model that drives the plot forward and is somehow considered the chosen one/the champion/whatever title they have and the world completely resolves around their actions. It's not even fair to call them characters, because they... well, are meant to have no character. And even then, you don't need some blank slate to put your imagination to work. I know they're supposed to be like tabletops, but in tabletops your characters still have personalities - they're simply created by players - and their choices have more of a purpose than just using different dialouges.
FF III on the DS was a Xmas present from my mother, I have fond memories of it, one of my favorites. I to VII are the ones that I continue to get back time to time to remind myself of better gaming days
He edits it himself. He actually streams himself working on this video on his twitch channel titled "old person hang out" & "old guy edits" 2 days ago.
I beat it today. What a feeling beating an old timie RPG. The Crystal Tower was rough. But boy, seeing Cloud of Darkness vanish and me breathing a sigh of relief truly was something else.
Try the Gaia games on snes, which are Soul Blazer, Illusion of Gaia, and Terranigma. Those are more action rpgs. If you want a turn based game try Lufia 2.
Final Fantasy III is my favorite in the series gameplay wise. To me, the way this game presents situations to you to where you had to adapt your classes is one of the things I love about it, personally.
As much as I love FF3, there is always one big problem with the game. Random enemies that have AoE moves that deal MASSIVE damage, and if they come in GROUPS and you get BACK ATTACKED its pretty much a game over unless you're grinded hard enough.
I love how Final Fantasy 3 introduced the poetic aspect to the games we all get to know and love. The sentient Wind Crystal was a...poetic prophet of sorts who speaks in cryptic riddles that mostly make the main characters get confused. Just like with Gintiana (from ff15), and the other sentient Wind Crystals from the other games, Loveless Act I (from ff7), and parts of the lore from the later games.
This intro brought nostalgia back big time! You’ll hit your stride again - take care of yourself, Jared! When you were talking about a final fantasy vid in your channel update, it seemed like you were paralyzed by stress and anxiety... just remember, it’s all about what you’re seeing on the screen and feeling in your heart. Get your sleep, eat well, and have fun!
I find its story charming in a mid-90's kind of way. It's got the two most badass FF protagonists ever in the form of Faris and Galuf. I never found the combat slow-paced, but that's because I usually turned the battle speed up in the settings. I should also specify that I'm talking about the GBA port which has a much improved script from both the original fan-made patch and the PS1 version.
Bjorick The story takes a backseat for the real meat of FFV: Character development and world building. The cast of V is easily the best main cast of the Classic Final Fantasies (be real, VI's cast is a ragtag bunch of cliches, with only one or two standouts, and it's too big for its own sake) and the world feels more connected to its characters than ever before (with many characters being native to a certain place, and interacting with it and its inhabitants in an interesting way - Bartz and his hometown being an example) and thus, more organic. Hell, even the simplistic plot is also a blessing, because it allows FFV to not take itself too seriously, making a more lighthearted adventure that, tbh, Final Fantasy has ever done only once since (in FFIX, which most people agree it's a fantastic game).
You forgot to mention that the Invincible has auto vendors for Magic, Weapons, Armor, Items, a bed to sleep in and a Fat Chocobo stable INSIDE IT. It is hands down the best airship in Final Fantasy TO DATE. Also I'm sad you didn't mention the awesome dance scene in Amur's bar. That was really awesome for an NES game. (I played this game when I was a teen and had Mono so I grinded the eff out of it and maxed it out to beat the endgame. It only bothered me slightly because I was so used to playing FF games and grinding in them.)
Honestly, the Blackjack in FF6 will always be my favorite. Even though the Invincible has those features, the Blackjack is just so fun to fly around the world in.
Ah man Jared, I remember playing the DS remake while I was in college. I had the same overall feelings, especially when greeted with that lovely lovely tower. DS stayed in sleep mode charging in my room every day cause of that slog through the end, and I remember telling myself if I game over'd in there, that'd probably be it for me. There was absolutely nothing fun about that at that point. I also recall (the DS version, at least) it bringing in another annoyance with the final dungeon. I'm with you on playing with job systems and party compositions, all the way. A lot of times, I trend towards a super defensive setup, and in this case it worked fantastic for most of the game. I remember using a paladin or some sort of defensive class with dual shields tanking everything, still doing moderate damage, while a summoner did most of my heavy lifting, along with a red mage and white mage/devout for backup. Was super super super hard to kill. I love safe compositions like that. Used it for the whole game... Until the end, when enemies suddenly jumped from 5-15k hp to 90-150k. It was an entire drag for the game to say "Hey, no, unless you want every random battle to take 15-20 minutes, you're gonna swap to something WE want you to play." Gee surprise, out came the ninja and sage. Always hate it when a game does that. Etrian Odyssey has done it numerous times - kinda blows - but the addition of that multiple hour drudgery of final areas just really, reallllllly soured the game for me - even though the rest of it was yeah, very enjoyable (even with BS garuda). At least we got the Lunar Subterrane afterwards! And the Big Whale. Pff, Lunar Whale be damned, it'll always be Big Whale to me~
FF8 is probably going to be the most negative from here on out, or maybe FFXIII... But both of those are almost certainly at least better than FFII, so this is going to be great XD
This is just as cringy, ya know? And I don't mean that jared isn't innocent, I just mean that these comments seem really... "white knight-y"? Just kind of dumb tbh.
Only played the DS version (several times), and I really enjoyed it. It had its quirks, but it was just such a wonderful throwback for me at the time. Plus, the improved visuals looked great. Was just so very happy to have more endearing characters in a more straightforward story. The more modern FFs are a bit much for me in terms of angst and pretense.
I wonder how Jared feels about xv having the main theme at the end. For me, knowing know that it's always played at the begining, felt touching and powerful for what the scene was.
Hey ProJared. After you finish the Final Fantasy reviews you should do a series on Dragon Quest. Or just play Dragon Quest 7 on 3DS for a much better job system inspired by FF3.
StevenUlyssesPerhero I loved VI as well. I didn't enjoy VII as much as the ones before it. Maybe it's because they were starting to turn Final *Fantasy* into a sci-fi. I hate all Final Fantasy games past IX
RandomO5 um no it's not the developers have stated multiple times that each game is set in its own universe with the exception of X2 being the prequel to VII for some dumb reason
FF9 was essentially conceived as "Throwbacks: The Game". They wanted to go back to the classic fantasy-and-not-quite-steampunk feel after 7-8 went pure sci-fi and proceeded to fill it to the brim with references to the earlier games. Cameos, reused names, in-jokes, remixed music tracks, it has it all. It's pretty fun to find them all.
That's why I like IX so much. I just don't like the character design that much but IX is a great throwback to the classics. I only played from IV to X (skipped VIII), that's why I didn't get the Invincible reference before.
You should play VIII,I personally like it better than VII (my favourite is still IX (or VI,I don't know)),just be aware that the main protagonist is a dickhead. My only complaint is that the way the stats work can be easily exploitable, but the game makes up for it (you'll know that when you play it).
Leon Kira honestly I kindof hope he lightens up on it upon replaying. Yeah it starts off really poorly and is corny even by jrpg standards but I feel it gets much more hate than it deserves
I'll concede that it has a nice sound track and it looks pretty but I just don't see how anyone can think that game isn't boring as balls. I had to give up about 15 hours in because the game-play was just so unforgivably boring I couldn't make myself continue.
I'm so glad you make videos. Whenever I'm just chillin I always out these on. I'm truly sorry your family has fallen on hard times. I hope you're all doing well. Thanks keep up the good work!
You know, going through these videos again I find myself not looking at the gameplay elements of the old games... I find myself listening to the music and ralizing how many of them I've heard in Final Fantasy XIV!
yeah. i'd even say that the story in IV is better than VI even though VI is the better game overall. V does have the awesome class system, but it's almost a step back when it comes to combat and the story isn't as good as the other two.
FF1, 3, 5 and 9 are all variations on the exact same game (plot, characters, and resolution), evolved to include new technology, better grasp of storytelling, and experience as game designers. And its a trip to see them evolve along the way
I know I'm several weeks behind on this, but I've been without internet, and I just wanted to say this was a great video. I think it's one of your best. It's so many of the things I love about ProJared style writing and humor rolled into one.
The modern port of ff3 has a considerably better version of Crystal Tower and Cloud of Darkness. In the ported ff3, the tentacles are also enemies that do their own thing alongside CoD (buffing, damage, etc) which adds more depth and variety to the fight. However it still is hell if you aren't close to around level 60, so grinding end game is still an issue (after like 80 attempts I was able to beat CoD at level 52, but it's super stressful at that level)
plus last fight isn't shit show like original, remake did better job and eased up on what jobs you had to use here and there, Onion knight was so broken in that game you can do negative damage I loved it
As I commented elsewhere, the only real downside I can see between modern vs original in modern's side of things is they added the Job Fatigue system (so that you swapped jobs, you were forced to work with nerfed stats of your earned jobs for a bit. Just ran into Garuda and learned you need Dragoons? Better grind that fatigue away!) and the goddamn letter system which is how they locked away Onion Knight. Never did find all the letter senders when I played it last, then again my stats were too low for CoD to win anyway and I think I fizzled out. Definitely defeated Wizard McMortal though. Speaking of, that's arguably another weakness for FF3, there's no real memorable fights unless they're the bosses that grant you PTSD. The only really memorable thing is arguably the Giant Space Flea From Nowhere, which is probably why for Dissidia CoD wound up the playable character.
You don't need a dragoon to beat Garuda. What I typically do is use a thief to steal a bunch of Raven's Yawns from the nearby needle monkeys. Four a round and he's gone before two rounds are up. Great fun. I totally have a thief through the entire game up until ninja becomes better for damage. I definitely agree that the original game's CrystalTower is ridiculously stupid. They've fixed that in the DS version... but then they added a super long unskippable cutscene. Oh well, tradeoffs.
"stole his dad's armour." In the 3D version they're all Orphans. Well this line feels sad now
What a weird change to make. Instead of starting the game with all 4 characters, they're scattered across the first area each with their adoptive families... but they never do anything with it, they just say "oh, we're all adopted. Anyways...."
I mean they kinda just wanted to make the WoL not Non characters so actively gave them backstory, even if only a small amount
Why do you think the dad is gone? He died in a war because his kid stole his armor.
Dude killed his dad and stole his shit.
I pretty sure they are still orphans in the original.
If Jared decided to go through each and every FF game, I would be absolutely fine with that.
Can't wait for his review of VI
He probably will. The ends teases that he'll do the SNES block but will hopefully do the PS1 block too. After that, the series peaked. No great FF after that except X and XII (and tactics) imo.
If that, I really look forward to FF4, my favorite FF game
FF14 was great as well you know, it might be an MMO but it's really really really good.
baylaust I can't wait for XIII

Daniel Jones nah the great grandparents must be the Legend of King Arthur and Beowulf.

Kinda sounded like you were cracking up XD
Like it would be strange if he laughed even if he didn't because- I mean it's a completely normal skit otherwise
I hate it when a game forces you through a grinder.
You have to grind in order to beat the game.
For me, there needs to be a balance, some busy work however monotonous increases my enjoyment.
I like grinding when it offers a break from a series of strenuous fights. The boss gauntlet that is the fifth chapter of Bravely Default (I know it's all optional, but 999 JP per fight is too good to pass up) made me appreciate doing some more casual grinding right after.
Nana-Kyoto Im a rare one, when theres grinding My love for the game goes up
One of the reasons I have a love-hate relationship with JRPGs.
I recall the instant in the playthrough video where Zande cast Meteo to his party and did a complete party wipe. It was not a pretty sight.
That bizarre birth scene joke was worth it just for the "are you proud of us dad?" and then the D&D manual responds. Lol, well played.
Tidal Yacht Etrian odyssey is a Jrpg it's an rpg madd in Japan
I don't
I'd rather have a character that actually reacts and has a personality I can relate to than some model that drives the plot forward and is somehow considered the chosen one/the champion/whatever title they have and the world completely resolves around their actions.
Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
At least it wasn't as bad as,
Final Fantasy 2.
Douglas Dragon What makes it bad? FF noob here, only played the original and FF2 for the snes. Ive been wanting to play them all
There's no level system like in the other games. Jarred did a video on it
Douglas Dragon The story and music of two was great, what are you talking about?
The 'unique' ideas in the gameplay.
Douglas Dragon Depends on the port, if you aren't playing it on the GBA, you are playing it wrong as it's the most balanced version of the game.
Love the effort and work you put into the editing and scripting. This must take a ton of work, Jared. Nice job- I Love your videos and style.
Smash JT I think some other guy edits his videos (As shown when he plays Deathroad to Canada).
nah man he actually did the editing on this vid he was streaming the process the other day
Jared edits on his main channel.
2:38 Jared you okay?
Thanks projared! You've helped me get me into final fantasy through these videos. I've never liked RPGs but now, I love these games. Thanks Jared!
Which FFs are your favorite?
Try the Gaia games on snes, which are Soul Blazer, Illusion of Gaia, and Terranigma. Those are more action rpgs. If you want a turn based game try Lufia 2.
Daniel Lado thanks!
If you haven't played FF9 yet i highly recommend it. It's my favorite in the series.
GoDZooKe what is the best way to play these games? Emulators are the closest thing I can come by.
Final Fantasy III is my favorite in the series gameplay wise. To me, the way this game presents situations to you to where you had to adapt your classes is one of the things I love about it, personally.
onion kids
onion knight
praise the sun!
onion kid was original job which was switched to freelancer, Onion Knight stayed to be most OP job in these games had Job system
dark souls dude...
JayDeeJay Seigward is better than Seigmeyer
Very Good!
Siegward best girl
As much as I love FF3, there is always one big problem with the game.
Random enemies that have AoE moves that deal MASSIVE damage, and if they come in GROUPS and you get BACK ATTACKED its pretty much a game over unless you're grinded hard enough.
Chimera Mage, righ?
One of the Dragons on the Crystal tower. Back attacks are the encounters that made me die multiple times. More harder than some bosses. Lol
I remember playing Final Fantasy 3 on the DS. Got up to crystal tower. Tried it a couple times then gave up. Crystal Tower can go sodomize itself...
It probably can, considering how much it loops around on itself
no it can't, it's too busy sodomizing the players of the game
Roxas darkrath I did that and having a full team of mages makes cloud of darkness quite easy.
This is pretty much how I remember that going on the DS version, which is a shame because it was such an amazing port up until then
But that takes forever and the Forbidden Lake, the Dark World, & the Crystal Tower are just painfully unforgiving, one screw up and you're done.
Shouldn't the "Invincible / 10" rating show up on screen?
Bruno Pacheco Ferreira It was going to but it was so slow that it missed the chance.
Harcion Gaming lol yeah ok
Bruno Pacheco Ferreira the show thought he said the invisible out of 10
This intro brought nostalgia back big time!
Final Fantasy V is basically a perfected version of III. It's glorious.
you don't find the story horribly boring and the combat slow paced? of V i mean, 3 is worse in both those regards (the ds version, at least)
I actually much prefer 3 over 5. And Dimensions is the perfected version of both of them.
Too bad the villain sucks. Its a tree. A friggin TREE!!
The Birth Scene made me fuck up the Special Stage 6 in Sonic Mania.
Note to self: never play Sonic Mania while listening to ProJared
I prefer my JRPG's to be played through emulators so I can fast-forward the grinding portions.
The Talon in Final Fantasy legend 3 has its own rare gear vendors, an inn, and a customizable weapons loadout to help you in battle.
What is mono btw ?
Pff, Lunar Whale be damned, it'll always be Big Whale to me~
lunarocean777 that tower is the worst, lost my interest on that part. Glad they fix it in FF4 remake, there are save point in the dungeon
I love that these videos are recommended again and that this whole ordeal is "over"
Stay strong Jared
Jared: Now starts to get reeally good
Me: Yes FF 4,5 & 6 yay!!
Joaquín ignacio Matamala acuña And 7.
Majora'sWrath807 _ Yes and seven
he probably do them all even up to 15
FF8 is probably going to be the most negative from here on out, or maybe FFXIII... But both of those are almost certainly at least better than FFII, so this is going to be great XD
Joaquin Matamala I have high hopes for his review for FF6. It was rated the 2nd best RPG of all time
Don't mind me, just drowning out the cringy "3 months ago" comments.
A noble deed.
Pirate Wario is our overlord
This is just as cringy, ya know? And I don't mean that jared isn't innocent, I just mean that these comments seem really... "white knight-y"? Just kind of dumb tbh.
4 months now
@@mm-gy5ir Hey, it's not everyday where someone comes back from allegations like what ProJared got. I'd say it's warranted.
4:16 I can't stop watching this part. Whenever I am said I watch this part and it always brings a smile to my face
Loved watching this series on Projared Plays! It was one of the things I looked forward to each night after work.
Thank you Peeb, Jerd, Ian, and Joof!
Do them all jared
Do them *all*
You are either a slash fic writer or a huge Final Fantasy fan or both.
Gotta catch them all!
...wait, thats not the right series
Projared 2017- "You win this time Cecil."
This man grew up and made a birthing scene with old cartridges. God bless em. XD haha
God un bless him
@Bombeast God please re bless him and me
Can't wait till he covers V
ouch
@Diego Cifuentes Get a life.
@Diego Cifuentes oof.
Also Projared was mostly innocent, sadface.
Diego Cifuentes lol, no you aren’t
Diego Cifuentes oof
"Farewell, Desh. You were just too tall for this menu screen box." Kills me every time.
Kills him every time too
I lmao when seeing DnD is the father
Historically it is true
9:03 Same. I got destroyed by the end boss, and since it too 2~3 hours to GET to him. With no saving. I put the game down and never picked it back up.
DamnDaimen I ended just level grinding for awhile before attempting it again.
I got angry. I wanted the game to be done. So I stoped playing it. The previous grindy section dug at me really hard, and I was tired of FF 3s shit.
Totally understand that viewpoint. I typically just listen to podcasts when I'm level grinding.
How do you compare it to the ending boss of ff5?
Loved the Birthscene Jared xD
Why “OnionKid”? Why not just “Kid”? Why do onions have to be involved?
*insert shrek joke here*
Someboooooody once
I think it's a japanese thing. I think I've seen onions represent weakness in other JRPGs as well. Not sure where or why.
@@329link Huh really? Now it makes sense why knights of Catarina are ridiculed in Dark Souls
Hey ProJared. After you finish the Final Fantasy reviews you should do a series on Dragon Quest. Or just play Dragon Quest 7 on 3DS for a much better job system inspired by FF3.
Yes!
This video has the best birth scene in all history and the birth of Jesus is nothing compare to this.
The boss designs are beautiful in this game. DarkCloud may suck as a boss but looks AMAZING.
Someone should make a Final Fantasy Normal Boots fan game!
Asagao Academy.
Pie Gie248 I mean, RPG maker can do wonders lol.
Asagao academy?... How is that...a Final Fantasy-based game?
These videos are so rewatchable !
3:40 "I always enjoy playing with...makeup" -ProJared
So you're going to review all the Final Fantasy games now?
I can see him riding this retrospective up to VI (His personal favorite) or VII (The peak of Final Fantasy hype.)
StevenUlyssesPerhero
I loved VI as well. I didn't enjoy VII as much as the ones before it. Maybe it's because they were starting to turn Final *Fantasy* into a sci-fi. I hate all Final Fantasy games past IX
StevenUlyssesPerhero He might cover XII since he said on Twitch that it's in his top 5.
Has he played the mmo ones
RandomO5 um no it's not the developers have stated multiple times that each game is set in its own universe with the exception of X2 being the prequel to VII for some dumb reason
Woah... I beat Final Fantasy IX yesterday and now realised where the Invincible airship got its name from
FF9 was essentially conceived as "Throwbacks: The Game".
The best part was when the onion children killed the turtle, it was the best way you put it Jared, pretty funny
Great Vid Dude! This is one of my fav FF
dustyn meagher
The video just came out, how did you see 14 minutes with in 6?
Domino of the West DUN DUN DUN
THE PLOT THICKENS
I wrote as i was watching lol, I was mostly just excited for a new Jared vid tbh
Final Fantasy Marathon?
that what i was wondering to i hope so and i hope it leads to a epic rant on 13 that should be fun since jared is always bringing 13 up
Leon Kira honestly I kindof hope he lightens up on it upon replaying.
Hopefully he won't rip on V, IMO the most underrated game in the franchise.
Eric Jones nah he's really enjoy Bravely Default which have same gameplay as FFV
I'm so glad you make videos. Whenever I'm just chillin I always out these on. I'm truly sorry your family has fallen on hard times. I hope you're all doing well. Thanks keep up the good work!
9:00 That awkward moment when ProJared disprove your hate with arguments.
Jared one day, you will do the FF16 review bro, and it will be amazing !
enjoyed this game so much. One of my favorite games
After that birthing skit I'm all in for this ProJared fella. I don't care what anybody says about him or what he's accused of, he's cool with me.
Thankfully he proved those accusations to be false, so even if you did care it wouldn't matter!
You know, going through these videos again I find myself not looking at the gameplay elements of the old games... I find myself listening to the music and ralizing how many of them I've heard in Final Fantasy XIV!
Can't wait for IV and VI. Easily two of the best RPG's under Square Enix's belt.
V is no slouch, either. the story in IV is absolutely amazing, though.
Thomas Jenkins Yeah, I loved V too but the story of IV and VI are just on a completely different level.
And V has that HNNNNG exquisite class system OOOOH
V is better than IV and VI.
yeah. i'd even say that the story in IV is better than VI even though VI is the better game overall.
And its a trip to see them evolve along the way
Best line in this entire video:
"Bards can get the f*** out of my party!"
1:52 Red Wiz!? Black Wiz?! You might want to get that checked out. Don't even get me started on White Wiz...
Hey Jared do you have like dozens of the same blue shirt or is it the same after all these years?
Its QuackerDuck He has dozens. He explained that on his Q&A panel a few years back I believe.
I know I'm several weeks behind on this, but I've been without internet, and I just wanted to say this was a great video. I think it's one of your best. It's so many of the things I love about ProJared style writing and humor rolled into one.
The remake is one of my favorites. Not for the story but for the combat/job systems
Ah yes, just as I remember. With the intro music blasting in my ears like a sudden banshee in a jumpscare scene. I'm gonna need a curaga.
3:15 Hoo boy after Shadowbringers does that music hit different.
