As you mentioned it is helpful to keep the tasks in their respective projects to see all aspects of a project. To resemble the different stages of a task (Next, Later, Someday) I came up with the following hack: priority 1 = today; p2 = next; p3 = later, p4 = someday. This way I can assign context labels to all tasks (@Calls, @Errands, @Home, @Laptop, @Office etc), see their current phase on a glance by klicking on the label while at the same time keeping them in their projects.

Solid explanation Lucas! It is nice to see other tools in action with the principles of GTD. 👊🏻👊🏻

Thanks for the great introduction! Do you have a video, covering the priorities functionality? I have a real trouble with setting priorities and everything seems to be important.

Great video! Nice ideas with the labels! I am working based on goals that I set up weekly and daily when I am reviewing, not by context but that's just me. But I love your idea with the labels to have a sign in front of them to find them easier, thanks!

which platform do you personally use every single day for the GTD system? You have many tutorials for different platforms, and they all seem good, but which one have you personally settled on? Thanks. Just came across your account. Great content!

Thanks for nice video. Trying to set up my Todoist like you show it but in my case there is not Labels and Filters on left sidebar. Do you add it with some plugins or developers just remove it?

Hi Denis, this is an older video which shows an older version of Todoist. These options are now bundled on the sidebar
