This is a great upgrade from the previous use of Asana. Well done.
There is some tweeks that I would do with your system using Custom Field, The my tasks with rules and and some other tips.
Let me know if you would like to discuss your third video 😉

Thank you! That is a different use case than the one presented in this video, but Asana does support this; tasks can have different assignees. For an in-depth review of your situation you can schedule a consulting call with me here: lucasprigge.com/consulting/

Hi Lucas, please advise what happens to assigned tasks with dates? As I see in the context view that it only includes tasks with no dates. Thanks!

Hi Candice! They are shown as normal as long as they meet the other conditions for appearing in a context view. A due date column is present and it is possible for a next action to have a due date.

@@LucasPrigge I am so appreciative of your reply, thank you! Is there by any chance a way I can see all the undated tasks including the due date for today only in one view? Thank you once more.

@@danash968 you can set those up as saved searches with their respective filters.

@@LucasPrigge thank you! Do you have a video showing how to do this? Thanks again!

What "Version" are you working with???
    Are you working with:
    - The Downloaded and Installed Desktop Version, ??? or
    - The Web App Version. ???
I have found a few differences.
    1. When I tried to enter an email address to share,
the desktop version forced me to go to the web version.
    So -
Now I don't know what is specific to the version that you are working with.

Hey Mark, this video was recorded with the web version.

    Important note:
Goals, Teams, Timeline, Workflows, Dashboard, Priority, Forms, Template, and Dependencies, Advanced Searches are only available in the Premium/Business/Enterprise versions of Asana; Rules and Portfolios are only available in the Business/Enterprise versions of Asana.
So, for those of stuck with the free version of Asana, the uses you describe for these areas, especially the Advanced Search piece, which is the genius key to your proposed system, are inaccessible :-(.
(Premium is 10.99 per user per month and Business is 24.99 per user per month...neither of which this individual user can afford. I believe there is also a 5 user minimum for these versions as well.. eek.)
I'm SO sad.. I was SO excited to put all of your set up into place!!!!!!!!

The first thing I saw when I clicked in this video was the top right corner to check if Lucas is using the paid or free version 😅

It would be helpful to have a version of this video that uses the Basic (free) plan. As you point out, many features that seem key to the implementation are not available to most users.
