i think that is a must if you run the 1 piece window glass? i built a 67 CST with all the stainless trim and that was a nightmare... some guy got mad at me because i didnt break the windshield.. he said they charge 1200 to put the windshield in with the stainless trim

It would be much easier to shoot that urethane if u used a v cut in the tip. And have less chances of any leaks . Looks good tho!
Looked like it might have stuck out a little bit from the body, didn't get a great flush view.
