Sir your lecture is very j formative and interesting but an old man like me who is 87 years old for him ecxercize very difficult for example how can he walk swiftly. I try to walk at a Normal speed but are 10 to 15 minutes my right leg feels acute pain and I can not walk further. However after rest of 5 to 10 minutes I can again walk for for further to minutes.. How can I have this exercise.
