- Feel free to chime in and correct me, but I believe the Thrush Welded are identical to the Flowmaster Super 40. Car also has a Mopar CAI, 180° t-stat, oil catch can, and a Diablo InTune w/ custom email tune from HemiFever. Check my uploads, I will also upload what the OEM mufflers with resonator delete sound like.
Side note: Since my car is a R/T Plus, it comes with 2 high flow mufflers (instead of a suitcase muffler) that are straight through in design (similar to magnaflow). For the heck of it, I threw pulled the Thrush mufflers and put the OEM mufflers back in to see if I could tell a difference in performance. Besides sound, I could tell zero difference in performance. This is important because of the rumors surrounding Flowmaster saying they will make you lose power.
Hellyea I just check they the same as the “original flowmaster 40 series” super 40s and delta flowmaster 40s have a different design in the inside
These were very loud, I only changed them because I preferred the sound of glasspacks better, not saying I didn't like the sound of these though
What offset mufflers did you get? For instance, center in/offset out, or offset on both ends?

Awesome. I've only got the mid-muffler delete at the moment, it's a little more raspy than I like at WOT. If you had the mid delete before these, how much of a difference was there in volume and tone?
Twiztid Pixel no idea, I ditched the resonators first. Those, the cats, and the manifolds are the most restrictive parts of the exhaust.
Resonators don't restrict anything, just meant for noise/drone cancelling. The exhaust manifold and cats need to be changed on these cars in order to make more power, a 3" exhaust wouldn't hurt either. My 2017 has 2.75" tubing stock with the active exhaust.

Cool man. I have an 06 300c I removed the suitcase muffler kept Resonators.. Maybe gonna put on some flowmaster this spring. That's why I was asking. Sounds great!! Not sure what I wanna do yet.. Mine sounds alright with what I did.. For now.. Want it more aggressive sounding. Super 40s. 44s or the super 10s.. I appreciate your reply!

Is there bad drone with the Mds off on the highway? Thinking about this setup for my 2007 rt
Adam Gentry I had my MDS tuned out 99% of the time. Everyone has a different tolerance for drone. The 1% of the time where I was untuned, the MDS made it ridiculously obnoxious. Running on all 8 reduced drone dramatically, but it was still there. it didn't require people to yell to talk to each other and it could be drowned out by the radio. once in overdrive, it made it almost unnoticable as long as I was on cruise control and kept it at 60mph or slower. But it could definitely be heard inside the car.

Adam Gentry awesome! You'll like it. This is actually my old setup. I ditched those mufflers and replaced them with 12" cherrybombs after about a year

What series muffler?
They are 2.25" Thrush Welded mufflers. They are an identical copy if Flowmaster original 40's
