Also those turbo mufflers have glass packing kinda like glasspacks that take a few hundred miles to break in they will sound different after a few hundred miles where as a chambered muffler like the flowmaster does not have any packing and won't change in sound
The Flowmasters sound too "tinny" for me. I've been searchin and searchin for a video of an actual muscle car with some "quiet" mufflers so thanks man. I got a straight piped 383 stroker and I love the sound. Been crusing around like that for about 10 years but recently I moved into an apartment building and all the neighbors are little bitches.
Flowmaster sucks they sound cheap and they rust out in weeks. Their entire exhaust systems rust out anywhere they weld at. They advertise how good they are against corrosion, lol. The pipes are good except at every weld. The welding takes away the corrosion resistance. For the money, thrush is 100 times better and sound better.
Nice Video! was considering getting the Thrush from summit so you helped out alot, one suggestion though- put turndowns on the tailpipe/end of mufflers, the exhaust is ruining your bumper paint! GJ again, and nice car !
