Fine Semolina/suji/rava - 270 gms or 1.5 cups
Water - 150 ml or ½ cup + 2 Tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Milk Powder - 2 Tbsp
Sugar - or 3.5 Tbsp
Instant dry Yeast - 1tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 2 Tbsp
