I went single turbo conversion w/2.8 heads ,liquid to air, duel fuel pumps. Should be on the road in few wks.... still im 100% regretting not going for the vr swap. Very nice job on the cars guys

Hi, I love your videos, I have a A3 3.2 vr6 Quattro, I want to turbo it , so your videos do give me some good ideas, but can you give more information about the good and the bad of a product, etc why you buy it, why it did not work as you thought, the change , the price , where you got it from. We all go through a learning curve, it would be nice, if we didn't need to go through the same mistake. And yes more links, turbo , exhaust, pump ,computer, any parts you talk about that are different.Ok thanks .
My mechanic did 2,8 VR6 2009 TT (and increased it to 3,0 later) and turbod it(garret r36). The only problem he had was that at high boost when a big torque came up the trans used to deattache. So he just bolted some rails to the frame and now trans just gets blocked by those and doesn't move anymore

Hey! I’m just building a Vr6 corrado. Totally standard, engine is a AAA from a mk3 I wired fuel to the battery and the engine does start and runs, when I connect it to pin m2 so the ecu can control and prime the pump it does not work, I have pin 30 and 30b with a jumper wire. Relay 12 all wired correctly, and tested it is working M2 for powering fuel pump connected. And not working. I know the ecu grounds the signal wire to turn on and off the fuel pump, am I missing something else or an extra ground etc??? Looked on line but no one can help me .
The wine red Audi has a much more efficient and straight forward cooling system. Have misgivings about the early 12 valve VR6s - light cam bearing cap design, unusual engine wobble at idle, oil pressure issues 😢. But it was still a good engine if taken care of. The 24 valve VR6 is a total FREAK! It's like a Kardashian Woman: beautiful and athletic, but hot headed, expensive, and temperamental. Btw - both girls get pissed off if you ignore them. A water to air intercooler isn’t anywhere near as efficient as a air to air intercooler... where you gain is you can drop some ice in the tank to pull down IAT’s... this is only suitable for drag races and 1/2 mile events etc where the runs are very short. Track or road use the air to air is king.

Full b7 s4 interior swap, koni coil overs, carbon side skirts, oem b7 rs4 wheels no spacers with a perfect tuck. I really don't want to get another car I haven't seen many b6 as clean as this car so a new engine type is a must 1.8t is just garbage and sounds like a pissed off Honda. I thought about a vw 2.5 built turbo but if a vr6 is easier and tuning would be easier I will go this direction.

I had a 2004 VR6... strong engine.. had Neuspeed 70mm exhaust, DP... sounded great.. again it was a very reliable strong engine.

Easier to fix I would say when it time to change the timing chain and turbos..it alot of work
