Pretty sure. It's not properly color-coded, i.e. same color != same hand. There are other issues too, ex. yellows in intervals are too fast for 1 hand but you'll also see there are no greens at that point (so half of them should be green). I guess it was easier to write that way since this isn't made to be a sheet but just a .midi (unfortunately, 37467524 doesn't create sheets). Generally, their pieces are almost always for piano duo, but again, not really made to be played the way they're written. I'm almost completely sure it's possible with 4 hands, perhaps 5-6 in very few places (you could cut those few notes and never notice a difference). A quartet would, IMHO, be too simple and boring, you would scratch your face 90%+ of the time. For me, it's not fun unless it's a challenge, just like Touhou itself. :)
Wow, a reasonable human being, on YT of all places! Kudos. :) If we're gonna nitpick, a piano duet would implicitly mean 4 hands on one piano, while this requires 2 pianos due to major overlapping, so it would technically be a duo, but I guess it's not such a big difference. Now I feel bad about writing this since you already changed it. :S
Since you said there were jerks disliking, and since I support the vids, here's my like.
Not really jerks, but bots...
Pelaaja93 bots? there's no point in inventing a bot to dislike videos **shrug**
Not a quartet, can almost definitely be played with 4 hands. Perhaps some very minor changes are necessary, but it's pretty much a piano duo piece.
Are you sure? Some of the notes seem to be very hard to get (1 ½ octaves) with just one hand

Intelus Alright, I will change the title to duet

Intelus Nah, it's not like it's that hard to edit the title :P Thanks
This sounds almost like something straight out of a western movie lol
Sheet music would be so great.... Does anyone have the sheet music for this? Preferable for ensemble play. Thanks.
GrimStrider Sorry, the link I got this had no sheet music.
Ahh, damn. Sucks. Wish i could find them.. Thanks for the reply~
i am VERY late, but if you have a .midi editor or the like (musescore for example) you can make it into a sheet .PDF
What program did you use for your songs?
Synthesia for playing it, Finale to create it. Though this is one of the pre-made MIDIs
