UPS delivered my $4000 computer to the wrong address and had some random stranger sign for and accept my package. They never called me, I called them six times. The tracking claims that it is now out for delivery again, but I wouldn't know because no one bothered to call me to let me know. So it is supposed to come to today, I don't have my hopes up because they already messed it up once and tried to blame the shipper. I am positive that the shipper sent it to the correct address, I checked it over ten times. This is absolutely pathetic.

UPS just lost my package. So here is the story, today morning I check my item status throughout UPS websites. The status showed me “Out For Delivery” at 9:00 A.M. So, I called to UPS just for make it clear for the delivery address and make sure it arrived in to my apartment. So through out the phone call, I got confirmed the address and item for the delivery with one of UPS rep. Then, I asked them when it will be delivered. UPS rep. said do not know when it is going to be delivered but will make sure to be delivered to my address. So after I heard this promise I hung up the phone and waited for my item. Then this tragedy happens which they lost my package. They even did not notice me that they delivered my package. I checked the status at 7:00 pm. The status said “It delivered” at 6:30 P.M. when I saw this status I went out my apartment and checked the front door, back door and neighbor’s apartment front door on each side but didn’t see any package out there. Now I am emotionally frustrated and do not know how to manage this event. The item that I ordered is nearly cost $100 but I can not purchase this item anymore since it released limited amounts of products. So for me, refund does not have any meaningful to me since I can not purchase the same item from where I purchased. I hopefully UPS can find my item in same condition when the merchandise send out the item to me.

I am lost nobody is giving me any updates and just want to pretend like nothing ever happened. To me $275 is a lot of money. First of all you would think the sending company would have insurance on a product that cost that much? Then UPS is constantly leaving packages at wrong apartment doors here where I live. As a matter of fact, just this morning my elderly neighbor called me asking me if she had received my package today? It wasn't mine, I took it to the apartment where it belonged. The lady just kept thanking me. I"m telling you. I agree with Raheem 100. These companies have got to do better, or be prepared to pay out the ass. People are going to get sick of losing their hard earned money. You'd think making sure it gets to the right person would insure job security for these companies.
trust me 275 is a lot of money for lost/misplaced products. I hope you and your Elderly neighbor Find your products because you work hard for your money. You would think they start taking pictures when they deliver products.

Well mine came to the facility on Sunday, packahe from sweden by the way. And its stuck on arrival at facility, suppozed to deliver thet day but no package, next day no package so i ended up calling them and they told me the package wasnt lost and its in transit, but no updates for 3 days now.
They just lost my package on 400 euros . And leaved on website delivery proof who is litterally a message leaved at side door , hot the fuck they cannleave package without signature at anywhere they want ???
Sometimes they legit drop packages off that normally require signatures🤷🏾♂️. Filing an insurance claim is super tough, best of luck and keep me updated
im having issue with my package i order airpods max from tmobile was told it was shipped was sent to ups and still haven't receive any updates from ups and paid extra for overnight.
Best thing I can tell you as a driver myself is to try to get to know the driver that way they can put a face to the package. You can talk to 1000 representatives but the best way to gain information about your box is from the driver who delivered it most of the time we will remember what we did with box

yea since you need your document for educational reason please try to contact your document providers for another copy. also try to file a claim with UPS.

If the package is genuinely lost there isn’t much you can do to get it back. Hopefully the status shows incomplete delivery so that you can contact ups customer service for further advise.
