Some customers don't want to hear this but often times they are the reason for this issue because of misspelled addresses and not listing apartment and suite numbers. I've seen packages van scanned that upon a quick Google search actually were supposed to go to the other side of the state. Other times when FedEx systems can't pin point an address namely due to new developments they often guess and those also end up on the wrong van and can get bounced around for a few days until it ends up on the right van.
this 100% anytime an address is misspelled or has extra characters, package handlers don't which truck it goes and if it does go to the right truck, the address sits at the top of the scanner where we might miss it!
UPS actually lost my package... $3,000 down the drain. Insurance was on the package but apparently they don't pay out more than $500 for jewelry. Thanks UPS for losing my watch.
Same thing happened to me too with ups paid 1,500$ dollars for a new phone said it would be delivered by 7 pm waited all night all day next day and next week nothing with no update
Every time I get a notification that a package was sent from a company via FedEx I cringe. Never have I had so many delayed packages or damaged packages delivered by any company in my entire life. I absolutely hate FedEx.
Smh this is so annoying because sometimes you can’t just replace the item . Sometimes ppl can be irresponsible. I get it ppl are overworked , or get very busy and things just happen . But when you call customer service they are like no big deal , yeah because it’s not your stuff .
I've noticed a lot of drivers fedex, ups, amazon driving around with their doors open. There needs to be an inspection of your truck before and after every delivery to make sure the doors are closed
@@llgarboll3570 If your package is damaged, 95% of the time it happened in a warehouse or while loading/unloading a trailer. FedEx stuffs boxes down belts with no regard for possible damage. Drivers have a code we can use for damaged/needs inspection and we're happy to use it to not get blamed for damage we didn't cause. If your package shows up with damage beyond a crushed corner or split tape, ask your driver why he didn't code 10 it or ask for a repack at the terminal.
My FedEx package tracking shows it departed the Quebec location on feb 13th and was expected to arrive on the 14th. Well now it’s the 21st and no movement nor update. Either the employees are incompetent or scummy thieves. All of the address information was correct and accurate. It’s 20lbs so it’s not possible to be “misplaced”. Fedex did an investigation and are not taking responsibility and said to contact the shipper. Once it’s in FedEx’s possession, they need to be held accountable

He’s wrong about a lot. Makes sense cause drivers aren’t FedEx employees so they don’t have access to the systems like that. They’re authorized vendors that work for independent contractors that buy or rent the vans and make contracts with FedEx.

I can tell you the drivers have absolutely nothing to do with the technical process. Literally most don’t even load their own vans unless there’s a particular organization they prefer. All they do is take the preloaded van( there’s literally a shift called preload) and follow the gps and stop where it tells them to. The dude in this video has almost no facts. Probably a majority of speculation and a bit of second/third/fourth hand diluted stories.

Knowing where your Package goes from its Original Place where is shipped, to its Final Destination, is so important. It can definitely know if your Package will be shipped out to you, very timely.
It's so annoying for me because I live in Louisiana and the night before I'll get a text saying your package will arrive tomorrow and then last minute I get a text saying no it's still stuck in Texas tomorrow and that happens every single time

I have 2 packages at this time that have been pending for more than 3 days. Sent from different states. I sell online and I get a lot of my inventory delivered by FedEx. I used to love them; they were excellent. Ever since 2020 I have only had 2 packages arrive on time without going through a pending period of a few to several days. I appreciate this insight very much. I sell custom yard signs with my sister on etsy, and we keep going back and forth with USPS for not updating tracking. We ship with priority mail, so it's just irritating. Especially, when there's an actual due date that the sign is needed. Like, I have a complaint from someone on etsy that they're concerned because they need the sign THIS weekend. I asked to file a claim for all 13 that still haven't moved, but I can't because it hasn't been 15 days yet since shipment. All I can do is put in a service request for 5 of them. 🤦♀ I'm usually a pretty kind and nice person to shipment people. I know everyone's low staffed. But it's just annoying that this happens like every single time that we ship with USPS. And now I have to find out how to change our shipping on etsy to UPS. See if things get better that way.
Talking about underselling and over delivering, FedEx told me my package from IL to western Canada will be delivered in 2 days and getting me my hopes up😆😆. Of course now the tracking website says it’s delayed but will still arrive by the end of the day, so….. I guess I should wait for them by the door around midnight??? 😂😂😂

I dropped a package to UPS and the Tracking Number On the Package haven't been Updating ever since so I reach out the them call them and film a claim online later on. however I eventaully stop by UPS store to chat with the employee who scan the package, and they tell me that I can try to stop by the local UPS Customer Center see if the package is still there because many people who lose their package do that, anyway your video is very helpful and insightful, and I learn a lot.

Hi Aby I'm sorry that you still never received your package. I am a customer service from FedEx. Most callers gets very frustrated with us. When package has no update after 7 days or more We actually advised caller to contact shipper to file a claim.
Fedex doesn't want to pay up when they deliver your package to the wrong house. We should be able to track the truck to make sure the truck is on the right street

BUUTT, I have a package (it’s 10lbs and it’s in a 18”x12”x12” box (so pretty big/hard to lose). It’s coming from Anaheim, California to Pennsylvania (so all the way across the country). It’s been shipped ground and it’s been almost 4 days since it’s been scanned. The last scan said “Left FedEx Origin Facility, Anaheim California” and that was it. Now, it’s not lost or anything. In fact, it’s suppose to arrive in roughly 2 days. It’s now Saturday night and it says it will arrive between 10am and 2pm on Monday. So, my question is, do you think it will still get here? Also, is it normal to go this long since the last scan or should it continue to be scanned as it crosses the country? I’m nervous it’s going to be delayed and I’m the type of person to check my tracking like crazy, especially if it freezes up and stops tracking. Anywho, thank u for doing ur videos. FedEx thinks that either I or my recipient are a company and they want an import number that doesn't exist, so they won't release it. It's a handmade birthday gift that took weeks and cost £250 to make.
What's the liklihood of an item being stolen from inside a FedEx package somewhere in transit and then delivered? Weight of the package claimed by the shipper matched with weight of the package once it was received by FedEx. The package had 3 items, and person who received the package claims one item (of course, the most expensive item) was missing. Does this happen?

UPS has two packages for me for days going to months now. They said one was delivered the 13th and up until now I am still looking for that package. The other has been in pending for approximately 18 days now😢😢😢
I ordered an Ebike and it was expected to be here may 13th, but then they said they could get it to me by the 12th. That didn't happen, then the 13th it became delayed. But it hasn't updated since the 12th in terms of being scanned.

My package was over 50 pounds and hasn't moved in over a month.
You can talk all that noise you want but I'm guessing someone at FedEx is a thief.
Chris, wasn't that "hidden" package scanned when it was put on your delivery truck? If it wasn't, that's also an issue.

It’s a hectic atmosphere. Mistakes happen. Especially loading trucks in the am. You rarely have time to do a full double check for misloads.

Estimated date was 3days ago and now my package is stuck in another country
Crazy how i can spend $60 on an order on amazon and it arrives on time or even a day early, and i order like once a week. But when I order something expensive and it magically becomes delayed in transit or tracking not uodated for 5 days. One tine is a coincidence, everytime is a pattern
Spent 400 dollars on a Milwaukee power tools said it was coming yesterday then said today now it says schedule delivery date pending it’s just annoying

My package was supposed to be in New Braunfels. I don't know what the HE double hockey sticks is going on with my package and I tried to get in touch with USPS customer service. No dice.
I’m so disappointed in FedEx,😭since August 30 my package was shipped from the USA to Monrovia Liberia, I expected: Friday, 9 , September and its going to two months...my tracking says pending.

I ordered some Jordans from goat and it was set to come on nov 10 and it busts said “out off delivered” and since the it never came and its stuck on “on the way” for a week alredy, I reported it as missing hopefully It gets delivered

Right. My package was supposedly shipped complete with tracking number. But FedEx is saying they know nothing about it, don't have that number in the system and they won't help. They are the WORST. Guess I just bought a camera for a crook.
I always order books from Hawai'i to Houston trough USPS and I constantly check for updates for usually 3 weeks

Okay, you probably won’t be able to answer this because you’re pretty popular and I’m sure you get hit up all the time with all sorts of questions. BUUTT, I have a package (it’s 10lbs and it’s in a 18”x12”x12” box (so pretty big/hard to lose). It’s coming from Anaheim, California to Pennsylvania (so all the way across the country). It’s been shipped ground and it’s been almost 4 days since it’s been scanned. The last scan said “Left FedEx Origin Facility, Anaheim California” and that was it. Now, it’s not lost or anything. In fact, it’s suppose to arrive in roughly 2 days. It’s now Saturday night and it says it will arrive between 10am and 2pm on Monday. So, my question is, do you think it will still get here? Also, is it normal to go this long since the last scan or should it continue to be scanned as it crosses the country? I’m nervous it’s going to be delayed and I’m the type of person to check my tracking like crazy, especially if it freezes up and stops tracking. Anywho, thank u for doing ur videos. Hope you hear from ya!

FedEx thinks that either I or my recipient are a company and they want an import number that doesn't exist, so they won't release it. It's a handmade birthday gift that took weeks and cost £250 to make.
What's the liklihood of an item being stolen from inside a FedEx package somewhere in transit and then delivered? Weight of the package claimed by the shipper matched with weight of the package once it was received by FedEx. The package had 3 items, and person who received the package claims one item (of course, the most expensive item) was missing. Does this happen?

My package got on a truck to be delivered to my and magically disappeared before making it to my house that day. FedEx is treating the issue Slightly. They don't give a damn. The shipper won't begin refund process until 9 day later
My FedEx package was moving smoothly throughout their system until it arrived in my city and was “on FedEx vehicle for delivery.” Now it’s been out for delivery for 2 days with no tracking update. 😭

It's been 10 days since my package was shipped and I have not been able to track it because FedEx has a message on the site that says that there is no record of my tracking number. Why hasn't my package been scanned? This is a good size package.

USPS tracking has degraded to a partial SaaS shell of itself. They will track your package partially.., then you have to pay for service.

A package coming to me got lost in the Memphis TN hub, i opened a claim and then a couple of weeks later I got an email saying they believe they may have my package and asked me to verify the size of the jacket in the box, I replied with the size and a couple of days later they said they believe it’s a match and since that email I’ve received three emails saying FedEx is waiting to create a new tracking number, what do you think happened here? Was the box damaged? I have yet to receive a new tracking number and customer service doesn’t have an answer for me
I’ve ordered Nike shoes from the website and the fed ex tracking is brilliant, every place it went to there was an update, and I delivered my own shoes to my house (we deliver fed ex stuff )

@@REAL-UNKNOWN-SHINOBI no I’m not a fedex driver. I work for Post Haste Couriers in Christchurch New Zealand we deliver to areas that FedEx don’t, in this case my house. I tracked the parcel via the email Nike sent which sent me to the FedEx site to follow its progress
