I hope the store uncle told you that the Cothas coffee you grabbed is not an instant coffee powder - it's filter coffee that needs to be steeped and brewed in a filter. The resultant decoction will be strong, you can add a splash of milk and a couple of sugars to it for an excellent cup of filter coffee! Cothas is one of my favorite filter coffee brands :D

Lisa is so humble when it comes to retail workers. I mean, you genuinely wanted to know what the person who owns the place actually likes. It's endearing and shows how much you respect and are eager to know an individual's culture. Kudos to you.
There is a good chance you might not find one of the things listed below (The chilli powder mentioned below because it's not mass produced) but if you ever do get a chance then please check it out.
Hot rice mixed with two or three tablespoons of Chilli powder ( Not any chilli powder but its called GODDU KARAM which is famous in a state in south India and this chilli powder is only available in one state in India and no where else) and two or three table spoons of Ghee.
Since the spice challenge you made, I think you would like it. This is just the raw taste of spice and nothing else.
Its not easy on the eyes or the tummy or anywhere else but I used to eat this when I was in my teen years to build my spice tolerance and it never disappointed.
Hope you like it and thank you.

The rusk biscuits is soo good with hot coffee/tea. Once you bite into it, your mouth will be exploded with spices and sweetness, hands down the best tea time biscuits!

Lisa you should try the kurkure, green chutney flavour. Seriously they changed my life. Like i used to get kurkure masala one. But since I have tried the green chutney one I just crave them regularly. They taste THE BEST.

Haldiram Aloo bhuji (one in red packet as it has a hint of mint and I love that combination)
    Also Haldiram bhakarwadi (pink pack)
These are awesome. Full of flavors.
Also, one famous little crispy snack is haldiram soya sticks ( we call it chakli)
    Please review them too.
In ice cream the one I like is Dinshaws Rajwadi Chappan bhog and rajbhog ( very difficult to find there but if you happen to visit India, its a must experience, bet you must have never tasted such a creamy, nutty kulfi ever)
And chings schezwan chutney is best pickle.
    Take care

If I could recommend some items you may want to try in the future… (as an Indian)
Alphonso Mango Ice cream! It’s delightfully rich but not extremely sweet either, it has a nice creaminess to it too. Also, biscuits are a common item in the pantry (at least for my family), so I would recommend that you try all kinds of biscuits because there are many types!
These are just some I like.
    - Hide and Seek
    - JimJams
    - Sweet and Salty Jeera (not a specific brand)
    - Coconut biscuits (not a specific brand)
Keeping doing what you’re doing, your videos brighten my day. 👐🏽❤️

Definitely don't be afraid to try other Deep, MDH, Shan, etc kind of stuff. Their spice blends are close enough to give you an idea of how to make your own version for things, or if you don't normally keep some of those spices on hand they're useful for making things once in a while too. Patak's makes a garlic pickle that is super good as well.

The pickle in india is supposed to be similar to chilli oil where you just add a little bit of it on the side with your roti and put a slight amount on each bite or just put a tiny bit on your rice
