Yes my partner got caught in this scam via Facebook.
I though it was. I remember the click talking about how a sponsor they had recently was a scam and I suspected it was established titles.
And I can guarantee that Steven did not change his name on his credit card to Lord like he said in the ad read. However seeing all of the ad reads for Established Titles, you can tell that part of the requirement was say that you "can" change your name on your credit cards, passports, airline tickets, etc.
They do plant the trees just check the charity but the rest is vslid

Yeah, I agree with Steven about it being frozen, but my dad argues that many people open the door, letting the cold out, which leads to the front stuff sometimes defrosting. So we end up always picking the things from the middle or back.
I look at the package dates on them too. Some are dated longer so fresher.

I used to do this too until I stocked at 3 different grocery stores and TBH crews just stock they do not rotate or pull forward the older stock, people buy it too much of just about everything for things to actually go bad in store, and we are on a crunch to finish stocking said load before the morning. You would be surprised on what is not rotated

I worked in retail n some customers couldn't pay frozen so we had to take it back. But being busy, it would sit in carts for some time before we take it back, in freezers, in the front.. Also front frozen foods in the front gets more exposure from the door opening n closing

The store I work at constantly has me dealing with parents leaving their children as they go back for one more thing. Or having a customer put all their stuff down and then just wander off to get something. Or going to their car to get their wallet after already having everything scanned. It messed with me the first few weeks. Now I just suspend it and get the next customer and resume when they return. It's that normal for me at this point.

Why? Because it’s a scam. What they say isn’t true. Someone manipulating you to give them money under false pretenses is pretty much the definition of a scam. Even if it was a misunderstanding by the content creators, the fact that nobody from ET came out to correct them makes it a scam.
You're only classed as a Lord in the UK if you're appointed to the house of Lords. Stephen He, as far as I'm aware, hasn't been given a peerage. Owning a price of land here doesn't automatically give you a title.

It's a scam. 1. Scotland doesn't actually recognize you as a Lord.
2. The website always has a 80% "sale" to try and get impulse buys and make it seem legit/valuable.
3. Scotland per a 2012 act doesn't actually acknowledge the land you "buy" as yours so they can keep reselling the same plot over and over and give you a bs plot number.
4. They don't plant the trees themselves on their land they donate to a tree planting charity and use vague words to make it seem they plant them themselves. So the amount you pay you could have just donated directly to plant WAY more trees.
So to recap.
1. They don't actually sell lordship.
2. They don't actually sell a plot of land.
3. They aren't even all that great for the environment because for the same money you could donate to plant WAY more trees directly.
So a scam on all fronts. And I don't know if Steven knew but he did advertise it to his trusting fan base.

Lining up at the cashier with no money, a lot of people lining behind making you nervous, and your parent back at 2 SECONDS before the cashier read the total. All you can think while lining the whole time was "how am I going to pay this all if they come late???"
Jewish people do this too at the kosher supermarket! So many childhood memories of shy me in an absolute panic left on line wondering what the hell I would do if it was my turn to pay before my parents came back from getting “just one more thing.”

I used to go to the one nearest to me with my parents, but due to the pandemic, they have recently closed. When I first heard it had closed I was so sad. I had a lot of memories there. Established titles does not follow through on their promises of tree planting, BUT they DO have a VERY good after sales and refund policy. I can definitely praise them for that.
