I had a 3043D and it was an amazing tractor. Way more capable that most think. I bought over a 4044 because of price and had no regrets. But i still like the 4044 as a tractor.

I think this is a big deal in the 40HP market. I think the 3043D gets heavily under considered. Glad you are liking your machine!

Had a 3032 tractor. Great size, but lacked the weight and loader capacity to do several tasks safely. Went to a 4052R and, for me, it has been a three times more capable machine.

Great info. How about a 3720 vs 4044m? Same hp and curb weight, right? Also, are hours hours? Or does the affect of those hours have to do with the work done during those hours? Lastly, loader work, grading and snow removal on a long gravel
Driveway (and total newb to tractor ownership) what would be your recommendations?

Why do no dealers order 4 series with rear remotes?

I think this is just a price thing. I think they are not of ten sought after for the rear hydraulics, so they order them in bare backed so that they can be added later on.

Especially with a cab. Most are “salesmen” not tractor guys. That’s what the awful Deere dealers around here are like. Mine doesn’t even know what an R14 tire. Asked me if it was a car tire.

FYI - 4 series can not order from factory with rear hydraulics. They will always be a dealer install. The only exception is the 4M HD series.

they need to make at least a 4083 if not a 4100 , gear drive transmission and a cat 3 hitch

Interesting. What type of implements are you wanting to use that would require that setup? I think once you start talking that big of a hitch you have to consider if this tractor has the frame strength to accommodate it.

Pure BEV Tractors have hit the ground running so better start asking for rooftop solar as standard with fan as that's already an option and is quickly becoming the Work Horse #stoney_ridge #solectrac
