12:33 I'm I seeing correctly? DJI has less latency than the "pro" TV rig? It seems like when capturing a live show, using DJI would an excellent solution for a wireless floor cam when used with a wired system with, as in your demo, only about 40ms. I'm I right? This is a budget production game changer.
Great video! just missing the DJI force pro / wheels, connection. I’m not sure if with new version we still needed the force pro module to control the R2… someone know?
Great video and tons of useful tips, thank you. Can I use Dji Transmission to control Ronin 2 as DJI Force Pro does ? I saw you doing smth like that at 15:43 in your video. Does it responds well or ita have too much delay ?
PLEASE Could you help me with a few questions? Regarding the DJI high bright monitor, can it handle external RAW recording, similar to the Atomos Ninja V with Sony cameras? can the 1 high bright monitor recieve signal from different transmitters from different cameras at the same time ? If I plan on purchasing an additional DJI motor, how many motors can the right 4D handgrip control effectively? the LiDAR, autofocus tool specifically designed for cine lenses! what is its range ? can it handle autofocus to infinity distance Does the left handgrip exclusively control gimbal movement, and does it require the DJI Ronin RavenEye for full functionality? Thanks so much for taking the time!
I've seen they try to use it to livestream lake races, but the signal wasn't even close to cover the 100-200m needed. Nobody knows why but it never worked properly all the 4 days while the Mavic pro was able to get good signal always
Now with SDI output, I can integrate this to the OB VAN! I am curious about the HD quality compared to Wave Central RF System! Please let me know if someone already used this in a live on-air sports production...
Hello, I appreciate if you can help me with the following questions... I want to use the cin monitor combo to see the camera live on board a competition car rolling on a circuit... queries: The furthest distance between receiver and transmission can be 2km, there may be obstacles... The camera to connect is a go pro via HDMI cable. Is it possible? Does audio and video reach the monitor? Can the audio be heard through a headset? If I wanted to connect the monitor to a normal TV via HDMI, do I have to add the rear accessory? The monitor only has HDMI input... With the expander and the HDMI output on the TV would the image and sound be from the camera? Thank you, I await your response.
Awesome review! Still waiting for something affordable to remove HDMI cables from the gimble/Float. Something in the sub 1000 EUR range with low latency and being small as possible where a range of 10 meters would be sufficient. While 2230 is to much - it sure is a bargain for what you get with these DJI transmitters/monitor.
Great Video, thanks. There is one question still open. With the High Bright Monitor it is possible to output the "video only" signal via usb-c. Is this also possible with the transmitter RX? And if so, I would like to know if they meanwhile integrated the feature that allow the audio output via the usb-c as well. It might be important in the cases where you want to send the main signal to computer maybe far away, which is connected to a internet connection for a live stream f.e..
I have dji rs3 pro/ dji transmitter / dji lidar , I need to control and use active tracking remotely , solution (DJI LiDAR Range Finder to Transmitter Cable Hub) but I couldn’t find if it enables active tracking while using it with a gimbal Rs3 pro
Do you have any experience with the embedded Audio Transmission on HDMI and SDI? Currently when I output any transmitted Audio on SDI and HDMI it is very distorted. Would be interesting if there is a general problem with the embedded Audio Transmission - Thank you. Also very good Review!
Your comment on 1 m apart is interesting.. how do we deal for example using this say on a steadycam type rig were we don’t want wires crossing the dji rs3 pro gimbal to the tilta float monitor. Don’t want to get wires caught up in the gimbal movements. Would that be too close . or would i need something like a teradek where i can run it in lower power mode when the TX/RX are that close on the same rig?
I think he meant that you should keep 1m of distance between multiple transmitters, transmitter to receiver doesnt matter as much. You can also use a hollyland or teradek system (just an alternative but not with all the same features).
@@cjadams7434 Sorry, can't really help you there unfortunately. My knowledge isn't that advanced about that specific system. But to have an answer on your earlier question about a TX and RX being too close to eachother; It shouldn't be a problem in the first place because these devices will choose a low interference channel by itself and hop over if there is too much interference (if auto mode is selected). Video transmitting systems have come far, so much more advanced and stable in the past couple of years. Correct me if I'm wrong somewhere, happy to help! :)
@@cmatix_film Thanks.. i’m mostly using it on a Tilta float rig as the world’s most expensive HDMI cable! - no wires fouling the gimbal between camera and monitor on the steadicam arm
No sound over SDI if it is used with monitor + extension plate? No 1080i50... Why lowest latency is only for 60p not 50p? It's not Europe friendly... How can you use it for broadcast? :/
Are you comparing a consumer equipment like DJI with a fully professional Vislink RF system? Orange and apples, they share basically nothing. Vislink is the RF provider for the Formula 1 and MotoGP costing 20x more than the DJI equivalent.
I never saw a content so deeply professional like this!!! congrats
Re-visited this video before purchasing, no one does it better! You are a practitioner and very generous with your time, thanks again!
This will sell a LOOOOT of DJI Transmission!👏🏻😁 True professional using this on the field.👏🏻

The best of the best, Bestboy Adam at it again!
We have been waiting for this come out! Already have the monitor version.

Can you do a video that you explain the difference between a normal 18-55 mm and your DOZfilm 20-55mm

Amazing! I’ve always wanted this kit but without the monitor.
How is it going?. super!great editing~
Awesome video. Can you let me know more about your cable cam rig? I'm looking for one but I don't see a lot of options out there. Cheers!
thank you very much for that high professional point of view 👍

Does this transmission combo transmit audio via the HDMI? If i'm not mistaken for the monitor combo, you get audio transmitted to the monitor.

Can this new system be used with the DJI Mavic 3 Drone & RC Pro Controller to produce a better live stream to any large monitors the clients have?
No 1080i50 - Hopefully they bring it with an update!

Can you compare it to TERADEK ?
There's already TB50 adaptors. Rockey has them.
I tried to contact them through the page on fb about six months ago , but with no success. I did not get a response.

Is there no audio over SDI? It looks like 1080i50 has since been introduced
Would have liked it to have a bit lower latency. 50ms is not bad, but on the edge of being nice to pull focus with.
yeah it about 2 frames?
Teradek still king for live production.
@@anonymouse7074 how much latency has teradek?
According to the review, the Teradek is also 60ms. Is that correct?
@@RaymondToms no Teradek has less that that maybe 10 ms you can pull focus on Teradek
