It is not your right to destroy our holy places and maje church on them, it is not your right to force us to believe somebody who never was on our culture.

That building is only a church because it was decided that it was. If Varg actually tried to reform society, he could just convert the building to a pagan temple. I dont know about other parts of the world, but in my town in Denmark there is actually an old catholic church that is converted into, i think a laywers office. There are probably many examples and in Norway too. But Varg is either too stupid or too hateful to think like that.

Because in paganism Temples are in nature, like a high point overseeing a great view, a river, an oak grove etc. There were certainly Hofs with shrines to the gods there but this stave church was a deliberate sign of disrespect for the pagan holy site before it. Burn it and we can rebuild actual Hofs on land that isn't as sacred.
