    - Plyometrics (+ Jump Work)
    - Sprinting (example: HIIT Sprinting)
    - Running
    - Reaction Times (Catching of Tennis Balls)
    **2. Move Weight**
    - Deadlift
    - Squat (example: Front Squat (can vary your training by focusing on either weight or speed of the motion))
    - Single Leg Movement (example: Pistol Squats, Reverse Lunge)
    **3. Body Awareness**
    - Movement Multitasking (example: Dribbling, Gymnastics(you can work on this through combining two different exercises together))
    - Move in 3D (example: Rotation Exercises)
    **4. Personalization**
    - Corrective Movements (example: Side Plank Clam Shell, Deadbug)
    - Skill Work
    - Weak Points (Mobility Exercises)

    Love all the information in this video I find when I train like this I’m more excited to lift I feel better I look better and most importantly my joints do not hurt if anything I feel like I’m thriving vs dying on sets reps in a commercial gym! Great content!!! ❤

    So glad I found your channel. I'm getting back on my fitness journey and I'm so over training for just aesthetics. For me, it gets boring and the idea of what a woman should look like in 2023 is just so unrealistic (this whole BBL trend). I love sports performance and the idea of being an athlete of life! New subbie 🫶

    Huberman lab also has a great podcast about different areas/type of training for overall physical fitness! Worth a listen. This is exactly how I like to think about my training
