Looks delicious. Have you thought about sauteeing them in butter then plating them up with the sauce?

@@pelicanus4154 oooo, that could be good. I usually slice the leftover “empty” ones into discs about a centimeter in length and fry those in butter for an easy breakfast. Never thought about the whole ones but I like the idea!
