Chef recipe to mazedaar hai, but aapko nai lagta ye chawal nikalne ka tareeka thoda extreme hai? wo dhakkan ko pateele k upar laga k dono ko saath flip karne se kaam thoda easy ho sakta hai.
Cheff thoray phurteelay hain na is lye unho ne dhakkan aur pateelay wali technique use nhi ki, halan k wo easy b hai, safe b, aur rice b idar udar nhi girtay,😅

Mai bhi Niagara Mai hi Hoon, I can make better than him. He is a good cook in North Indian restaurant but his saying that here in Canada or USA water and weather is different. Yes it's different but rice is Indian Basmati and water is good. He used lot of chemical color and basically there is no difference between Biryani in India and here. Restaurants are charging around 15 dollars for Chicken Biryani and why can't they use saffron instead of chemical color.
He is under pressure to market anything but it's not true. He left India with a dream and he is earning very good from TH-cam but he is under pressure to make video of anybullshit.
Sorry he is not the same person he used to be.

Bhai sahab main aapse yeh sawal pehle bhi poochh chuka hoon par aapne abhi tak nahin bataya ki mutton se smell kaise Katam Karen. Mein Australia rehta hoon aur I am sure ye pareshani Canad walon ko bhi aati hogi. Yaha mutton mein bahut smell hoti hai. India mein nahin hoti.
Massage mutton with Atta for one minute and then wash to remove smell..

Chef Ji, agar hum akhbar (news-paper) rice ke uper dalenge to paper ki saari ink (siyaahi), khaane main jaayegi, aur woh aacha nahi hai sehat ke liye. Aur aaj-kal toh food colour saari duniya main BANNED hai. Iske jags vegetable colour istemal karain.
