I worked for 2yrs as an iatse669 camera trainee. Went to Vancouver Film School and Art Institute. Volunteered hundreds of days while in school. Quit the film union and did real estate videos and weddings, few corporate. Now i help my wife raise our little ones on a small budget. Renting. No opportunity to own here. South Ontario, Canada. Expensive and most immigration than any other place. I have peace. I film my kids now with my gh5 and samsung s21 ultra. I pray, find peace and seek nothing from the film industry. I would love to see some film projects you make. Please post them here.

I've watched you for a long time so great to see a new video! You don't need to explain yourself. Everyone has halts and starts. My bathroom has been torn up for 7 years (more than that maybe?) but it has a working toilet so it's ok. Some people may not be happy with that but I lived in a construction trailer for 5 years so this is so much better. Everyone was held up for 3 years with covid first and then now with money issues. Something I noticed when living in the trailer and freezing, being stressed out with having to locate water, and get showers in town, always scrambling to just take care of myself, is when you don't even get enough sleep, you can't think. I realized this in the summer (it was warm out) and I had two weeks off in a row so I caught up on sleep. You have to not be stressed out, sleep well, to organize your thoughts enough, before you can think about job decisions, life decisions, etc. That's how I was able to move at that point (I bought an apartment building and live in one of the units). I did work multiple jobs for a couple years to save up for the down payment and to qualify. I keep working at different things. Please keep putting up videos with your ideas and hope.

I’ve got an idea, you could prep the tiny house and a room or two in the house with intent to rent. It would obviously need to be particular people, trustworthy and in need of a room. Exchange a reasonable rent rate and or help with renovations. I know one of your intentions were to have multiple living spaces to help others but maybe it could go both ways, you getting help to complete your goals. Easier said then done but an idea.
