  • In this TEDx talk, Sha Nacino talks about a powerful formula to solve problems and ignite possibilities. Sha Nacino, known as The Possibility Igniter, is a powerhouse of achievement: an author of 15 books, a global keynote speaker, and the founder of multiple successful summits like the HR Summit Global, Global Authors Summit, and World Gratitude Summit. It's hard to believe that this successful woman was once shy, introverted, not a writer, and tone deaf. Yet, she has managed to write 15 books and has helped over 150 first-time authors and non-writers through her signature online course. For fun, Sha has performed in, directed, and produced 30 music videos in a span of 18 months! She is on a mission to ignite fearless possibilities by helping leaders and organizations build a culture where everyone feels safe, seen, and appreciated. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

You said you are a math person, but I believe math contributed something for you to become a writer. Maybe that's why you develop a formula for writing a book. Wow, that's a beautiful painting of a flower. Thanks for sharing this video!

Ms. Sha, thank you! I am learning to write the hard way. Although as always, I am too hard to please. I keep editing and editing. Even, at the end, I am not yet too pleased. How and when is editing enough?😢😢

Hi Anna! Thanks for sharing and for your comment. When you write your book, don't edit anything yet. Keep writing until you can share everything you want to share. Then after that, you can edit. You can ask someone to edit your book or follow the editing process I shared at the 90-Day Book Writing online course. All the best!
