@@AhmadAladwani-yg9hy Both perform about the same for gaming IMO. The Arete has a bit of a cleaner tuning whereas the Canon 2 feels a bit warmer with the boost in mid bass. I prefer the Arete because I like what we did in that region. Both are VERY high on my list
If you buying these just for warzone I wouldn't recommend imo . No matter how good the iem's are. It just wasted by the cod audio engine not giving you the footstep audio. Even with Art's GOATED tune your just polishing a poop. Great Video never the less! Always doing he's best too help everyone.
I've come to this realization lately as well. I started using the koss ksc75's which are only $20 and love them. Been trying to practice and improve myself instead of worrying about finding the best headphones.

I have these on order and cant wait to get them. Another ear tip I recommend are the moondrop spring tips. Very comfy and they really grip to your ear. Also, what EQ do you recommend in hisuvi to use with these?

Love the in depth reviews, my best experience to date has been DT770 pros and at the time I had a DAC etc. Now recently I have been using Steelseries Artic pro wireless coming from using A40s for some time, Im a older gent for sure but still manage Iri "when I have time" now based of your previous reviews I decided to try the Moondrop Chu II as a introduction to IEMS and have been somewhat impressed and overall daily them now as I hate the weight and dip from a full headset, having watched this video and knowing I have the original cables with a random extension and them being plugged into the front panel of MY pc case I do not feel is helping, Would me going direct to mobo with the regular jack help or should I use the USB C adapter you mention again direct to mobo or do I need a DAC? My only overall complaint with the IEMS was overall volume although seems to be specific to COD "I run your Loudness EQ etc btw" typically I only run that in COD and disable for other things and the clarity/mudiness you mention although at the price point can I really expect much more? I am debating getting rid of my headsets and fully investing in IEMS please advise when time allows or if we could have 5 minutes that would be fantastic, Thanks, Jake
If your plugging straight into ur pc the front is better and recommended normally but he said something about using a apple usbc to aux adapter in one of his new vids I just went and got one but not sure yet if it's better or not

Man I wanted to keep my orchestra lites because i love the sound but they absolutely kill my ears after about 20 minutes to the point they HURT bad. The nozzle is just friggen murder and the shell is so big it also hurts my ear outside the canal.... I am so bummed to because sound wise I love them. I got my orchestra lites for 199 on amazon prime deal days and was so stocked too....

Only reason you’d return them and get the ziigaat is for the comfort factor you’re not gonna get a 5-10% boost in performance. So if you want them for the comfort aspect sure return it and wait for the ziigaat but outside of that no there would be no reason. Just be happy with what you purchased you’re not missing out on anything outside of there not having that pressure build up.

@@dominikpiekarski9936I don't have much to compare them with. My last pair was astro a10 and when airstrikes came in everything just kinda became a jumbled mess. The orchestra lite seemed a little better with not being drowned out with 1 sound. Its all perspective really. One thing I noticed about the aretes is they seem louder than the orchestra lites and other iems I've tried. But I've only tried a few ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
It sounds like the Orchestra Lite's are better for multiplayer where you need that close detail retrieval whereas the Arete's have a wider soundstage so more suited to spacious battle royale type games.
let’s hope the new controller is something like the Flydigi Apex 4 but with a playstation layout 😍. For now I am really loving my Orchestra Lites with your tune wich I bought in May, had to order the Tangzu ear tips because of the pressure buildup, these Arete IEM’s sound interesting but not worth in my opinion if you already have the Orchestra Lites, really appreciate your review.
I’m pretty sure from multiple reviews I watched is they use the exact same shell as the canon 2 and pretty similar tuning so yeah I wouldn’t spend the extra cash. Canon 2 is a great choice for gaming.
Simgot ew200 is all you need for warzone and only $35 super easy to drive with great imaging and detail retrieval with decent sound stage i don’t recommend crin x zero’s for people without a dac/amp they are harder to drive than the ew200’s even at 10 ohm resistance
Supermix has been insane for music and gaming for me. For reference, I usually use Audeze Maxwell or PC38x over ear headphones and for me the Supermix sounds better especially for detail retrieval in games. The Supermix is an upgrade over the EM6L but people say the difference isn't huge. I don't own the EM6L personally. You probably can't go wrong with any of these IEMs.
i have upgrade my Zero game one to DT 990 to Orchestra lite and now Xenns top but Xenns have too mutch base for me need to try the Arete now i think is Banger end game for me :)
I have a pair of 2019 Astro a40 tr and there terrible for Cod and xDefiant can't tell where footsteps come from tried the turtle beach stealth pro it was like cheating with footsteps and awareness used them for 90 days returned them to BestBuy got my money back did not get as loud or as comfy as my astro a40s 90 days later still hurt to wear them can you recommend a headset or a headset and Dac I own a pc a Xbox series x and a ps5 I play multiplayer on pc but these astro a40s are terrible please save me ?
I am enjoying a real review on headphones. I wear hearing aids I am tone deaf. I have Steel series headphones and I end up taking my hearing aids out and it sucks. I miss things because of it. Have u tried a larger tip and just barely putting it in. Just to where it’s in your ear socket but not in your ear canal at all? That’s what worked for me because I was having the exact same problem with mine. Try pushing the tip all the way up on the nozzle to where the nozzle is just a millimeter or 2 shy of flesh with the end of the ear tip. Then just put that at the entrance of your ear canal and the iem bodu will kinda lock the iem in place as opposed to having the nozzle and your ear canal holding it in place. Try that and come lmk if it works for u.

When I use the tune I have noticed lately some footsteps I can’t hear, also is it normal for like allllll the other noises to be extremely loud? Like bombs across the map planes etc?

i am on xbox series x and i use dolby atmos for headphones. that s one of the only software we have acces on xbox to improve the sound (we have dts x too). can you do a short video on the best adjustement for dolby to have a better sound in warzone?
My ears prefer DTS X on XBox X over Dolby, but that's just me. The DTS app on Xbox also has a section where you can select an EQ for certain headsets or earbuds. I seem to prefer the Sennheiser 650 eq for most of my headsets or buds when I game on Xbox.
Personally I think Dolby atmos for Xbox is horrible. All your do when using it is compress the sounds. So you get the effect of feeling like you hear more but you lose out in spatial positioning

I think he tuned this to be as close as the canon ii but for cheaper. I have the ziigaat Doscinco and absolutely love them for music movies and gaming, they are using good drivers.
These aren't any better than my Audeze Maxwell. If anything, at least I can wear these in the summer when it's hot. But honestly disappointed these were mostly hype.

For now I am really loving my Orchestra Lites with your tune wich I bought in May, had to order the Tangzu ear tips because of the pressure buildup, these Arete IEM’s sound interesting but not worth in my opinion if you already have the Orchestra Lites, really appreciate your review.
Yeah they’re definitely not 5-10% better maybe like 1-2% due to tuning the biggest difference is gonna be comfort.
they are better for music though, and more comfortable.
$250 for gaming IEMS is just insane! Way too much. There are great picks on the $25-50 range from many brands such as TRN.
Well they aren't just good for gaming, they are fantastic for music, to each his own but I like to collect iems.

I’m pretty sure from multiple reviews I watched is they use the exact same shell as the canon 2 and pretty similar tuning so yeah I wouldn’t spend the extra cash. Canon 2 is a great choice for gaming.

Simgot ew200 is all you need for warzone and only $35 super easy to drive with great imaging and detail retrieval with decent sound stage i don’t recommend crin x zero’s for people without a dac/amp they are harder to drive than the ew200’s even at 10 ohm resistance

I've been hearing that the simgot em6l is amazing and the detail retrieval is above average.
Supermix has been insane for music and gaming for me. For reference, I usually use Audeze Maxwell or PC38x over ear headphones and for me the Supermix sounds better especially for detail retrieval in games.
The Supermix is an upgrade over the EM6L but people say the difference isn't huge. I don't own the EM6L personally. You probably can't go wrong with any of these IEMs.
How do these compare to the simgot supermix 4 for gaming… just started looking into iems.
The Euro-tax on these is 60 US Dollars :/ might get them anyway though, just have to find a good way of making them wireless for my pc setup.

I have a pair of 2019 Astro a40 tr and there terrible for Cod and xDefiant can't tell where footsteps come from tried the turtle beach stealth pro it was like cheating with footsteps and awareness used them for 90 days returned them to BestBuy got my money back did not get as loud or as comfy as my astro a40s 90 days later still hurt to wear them can you recommend a headset or a headset and Dac I own a pc a Xbox series x and a ps5 I play multiplayer on pc but these astro a40s are terrible please save me ?
I am enjoying a real review on headphones. I wear hearing aids I am tone deaf. I have Steel series headphones and I end up taking my hearing aids out and it sucks. I miss things because of it. Have u tried a larger tip and just barely putting it in. Just to where it’s in your ear socket but not in your ear canal at all? That’s what worked for me because I was having the exact same problem with mine. Try pushing the tip all the way up on the nozzle to where the nozzle is just a millimeter or 2 shy of flesh with the end of the ear tip. Then just put that at the entrance of your ear canal and the iem bodu will kinda lock the iem in place as opposed to having the nozzle and your ear canal holding it in place.
Try that and come lmk if it works for u.

When I use the tune I have noticed lately some footsteps I can’t hear, also is it normal for like allllll the other noises to be extremely loud? Like bombs across the map planes etc?
Bombs and planes are typically loud, this video isnt about that...

Go up to the top of the eq headphones thing and choose the top/default tune.

Did you find any eq preset for the arete?
There was a EQ graph online I tried to match. But he didn’t even have a loudness eq when he was doing tunes on the business side of things.

Be happy with what your purchase the biggest difference you would more than likely notice is comfort. They are not 5-10% better sound wise.

i am on xbox series x and i use dolby atmos for headphones. that s one of the only software we have acces on xbox to improve the sound (we have dts x too). can you do a short video on the best adjustement for dolby to have a better sound in warzone?
My ears prefer DTS X on XBox X over Dolby, but that's just me. The DTS app on Xbox also has a section where you can select an EQ for certain headsets or earbuds. I seem to prefer the Sennheiser 650 eq for most of my headsets or buds when I game on Xbox.

Personally I think Dolby atmos for Xbox is horrible. All your do when using it is compress the sounds. So you get the effect of feeling like you hear more but you lose out in spatial positioning

I think he tuned this to be as close as the canon ii but for cheaper. I have the ziigaat Doscinco and absolutely love them for music movies and gaming, they are using good drivers.
