I have the Doscinco. They are awesome. They have more sub-base, and a somewhat relatively recessed mid/high-mid/low treble regions, but a little more treble extension to my ear. The Doscinco may have a bit less mid-bass as well, but maybe it is just relative to the sub. I prefer the Doscinco for longer listening sessions, it is a little mellower. The highs are a little more laid back. The Arete is punchier, and has more of a mid-base feel. The difference is not huge though, they both have good base, plenty of sparkle and a dynamic sound.
these IEMs are amazing, I've been gaming with them all day with no ear fatigue or pain. The tuning is tastefully done with the right amounts of everything. I much prefer these over my Oracle Mk1s and Zero Blues.
got this set from 11.11. deals so, I have like 10 days listening to the now. Love the tunning and the bass is punchy. They are very fun and I enjoy them a lot. My complain is the cable, man feel so cheap and wrong for the price. It's a shame you got this awful cable on a +300 set. Other than that is a great recommendation and SuperChonk opinion is as always on point!
@@ReverendDr.ThomasIt means “excellence” or something like achievement of greatest potential in Greek. Great name! I just got a pair of these and I love them.
It may sound really silly but I can use them to play live drums. I want to get the most out of them by playing competitive COD and playing live drums. Thank you so much 🫶
@SuperChonk I said it because of the vent it has, I'm afraid that there's a lot of noise out there. I really appreciate that you responded very quickly, you have a new subscriber.
@@Hery_YT most are vented to a certain extent. If you are using them as monitors I would suggest a warm pair as most musicians use them for long hours and a warmer pair is less fatiguing
Have you tried the doscinco or cincotres? How does it compare to those?

Thank you for the review, Kenneth!
Watching at four o'clock in the morning.
Thank you! Hahahaha
Nice, big D energy is back. Arete's FR looked very similar to P5.
Thanks for the review.
Heyy it was good to meet you at HZ event, keep up the good work!
Thank you. Likewise it was a pleasure!
Nice Superchonk x Joyce's is coming. Let's go. 🔥
She is quite far from me though hahahaha
@@SuperChonk that's unfortunate. 🤣
Great review my guy 🤠
Thank you sir!
Yup got my order
Would you recommend supermix4 over this for good budget?
Would something like the dx3 pro pair well with this?
They aren't power hungry so probably yes
Would you say it is musical in its presentation, considering it is targeted towards gaming?

@@Jazzinplayer Thank you. Yeah swap the cable out for a better experience.
Iam playing PUBG and Hunt Showdown. Estrella or Arete for gaming, wich is better?
@@rischerasche8769 Arete. It delivers positioning better.

I was! It was pretty nice there. Everyone was so enthusiastic!
All Ziigaat iems look dope.
Now I have to explain my wife that I'm not watching reviews for BDSM furniture and we are not getting one any sooner. Come on man 😂
Hahahahhahahaha. Hope you found that funny.
The yellow writing and red and blue circles make me think these are made by the same oem as yanyin
it is called ah-rih-te not ah-reet
Thanks. Now I know hahahahha
What language is it? What does it mean?
