@@rummbolt probably a miniscule amount. Though it will most likely be blocked by hair/ helmet etc.
Just got my own CP1 and i have to say that airflow is really great. Moving already pushes enough air through the holes that it should prevent a lot of fogging.
My only concern about the mask is, that you need to have a giant honker of a nose to really have a full seal. Wearing the mask i could easily push my pinky finker through the gaps at the nose. So using the faceguard or a face mesh that also covers the nose is a must in my opinion. Or maybe i will 3D print an insert to cover the gaps.

The Anti Fog Unit + any of the shown goggles in this video would work very well together, although the installation of the Anti Fog Unit Magnetic Adapter will be a little easier on the Novritsch one. I would pick from the following priorities:
If you want the most easy & slim solution, pick the anti Fog unit + NOVRITSCH Goggles.
If you want the extra accessory options + better ventilation, pick the Begadi CP1 + Novritsch Anti Fog Unit. Will need a little more individual work, but not too bad :)

One thing that can happen with the Begadi goggles(and I assume with the novritsch ones as well) is that if you clean it under running water you may get water in between the two lenses, essentially ruining the lens since it is pretty much impossible to get out of there. But other than that I haven't really had any issue with them yet. I designed a turbo fan mod for the CP1 which makes it pretty much completely impossible to fog them up and is really useful to keep regular glasses bellow them or RX inserts fog free as well. Also on a really hot day the airflow is quite refreshing even if you don't have any fogging issues :D See for more info : th-cam.com/video/KuSpW6h9ntI/w-d-xo.html

I have novritsch ones, and no problem, but the magic comes with the antifog unit, i use this unit in all my goggles that can be mounted on, from 10€ cheap backup ones to Dye mask, and the result is that you dont need great goggles, just the antifog unit hahaha, i live in a place with 90% humidity most of the year early morning dense fogs even during summer... i know what im talking about when it comes to fogging...
But something i do like about the pyramex (novritsch) goggles is that besides being "big" and give a lot of protection for your face, they are slim, i can see my belly ^^, they dont protude too much, so you can see your plate carrier with ease and look down pretty easy something that i struggle a lot with bigger goggles like the begadi ones and such, even harder when im using nose and face protection and you cannot look down because the frame of the goggles is in the way and the mask is pushing the goggles up XD

The Ventilation System als can be applied to the CP1, maybe you have to grind down some of the upper side rubber because it´s a little more thick than on the Novritsch ones.

Your comment about Begadi goggles are a bit false imho. You got a fog not inside but from outside when you covered your face with your hand. You can take goggles without running or doing cardio, just try to exhale hot air to the outside lens and you will see a fog, do the same to the inside lens and you shouldn't get any. Another point, this cardio like experiments are not good enough to show, because you haven't reached a hyper ventilation and the level of sweatiness with higher body temperature, making your facemask evaporate the moisture from your breath. Reaching high level of hyper ventilation you can hold you breath for 30sec on fresh pair of goggles and they will start fogging. There is no product available to fight this, no gel or fan can stop it. Personaly I use Begadi cp1 goggles and antifog gel on the front lens. If I play 30min cqb games it works for 1 round, then need to reapply the gel. But after 4th round my ventilation goes out the limits and then nothing helps. Because balaclava is too moist and I breath out too much watter and then fog is unbeatable. Expensive mesh goggles are the choice.

I wonder then why the Novritsch goggles still fogged up less, be it on the inside or outside (did not focus on that to be honest and would have to try it again).
What i can tell you is that i was really on a high Level of sweat and body temperature, as i tested a third pair of goggles before as a reference (cheap Bollé) once. Unfortunately, i broke them during the test so I decided to cut this part out.
Moreover, i have used the Cp1 ingame for the first time now (outside sunny urban gameplay, 25°C). It did not fog up one single time.
I personally would stay away from mesh masks (for the eyes), high quality or not. Just saw too many accidents.
