Car park has summer and winter opening times. I think the pleasure ground is free. I fish it in the winter, plenty of silvers and pike. Another great video. 👍🏻👍🏻
Hey Mucker! still cherning out the best vids on YT I see... I've tended to steer clear of this area especially in the summer months as it's more like a Butlins holiday camp, and don't get me started on the paddle boards, boats, dogs & people swimming!! 😢😢 the better stretch is from the Runnymede Hotel to Staines bridge, AKA the fishing fantastics stretch!! love to see a vid on that stretch of the river! hope all well, Phil

I know absolutely nothing about that stretch but part of the fun is finding out if you know what i mean. Lots of Googling (if that is actually a word)..? Love the vids, fished many of the locations you have filmed an many more off a boat with my dad in the eighty's, I live in South Wales and will be hitting the wye in the autumn, another venue my dad and I loved, keep up the good work and thank you for bringing back some fantastic memories 🙂

Plenty more coming up in the near future but I'm finding it hard to cover the fuel costs at the moment. My main transports a People Carrier with a 3ltr diesel engine, £50 return journey to the Thames last time and only an hour away 😒🥴 ouch..!! Not complaining though as i love doing the vids..😁😁 Thanks again buddy..!!😊👍
Great vid mate . It’s a mystery about paying to fish here. Like I said I never seen or heard anyone paying . It can get busy with the fishing at times but it really is a lovely place . I sometimes fish halfway down towards the Magna tearoom where it’s a bit quieter. All the best mate 👍🏻

I think it was close season at the time of filming, not 100% on that as it's been a while. Great Silvers to be caught around the upstream bend near the Magna Carter statue. I think there's Blue Badge bays plus some normal bays quite close to the river there. Again, it's been a while..🤔🤔😁

free fishing -only fished there a couple of times just down from the ferry bit,its very deep but good for roach.
