Tell me about it and it has an added advantage that you can trace anything and turn it into a DXF file so you can modify it on a computer. Really clever for complex shapes
@@CafeRacerGarage I watched the whole video to the end. When I found the channel I went back and watched all the videos from the beginning. I guess l got used to the format of the older videos showing larger segments of the builds. Cheers mate, no disrespect intended.
Cheers mate. Youre probbably one of the best builders in the world, so you have al those best tools and machines, it would be nice if you try to build some things with simpler tools that most of the guys have in their garage. Still enjoying watching your videos, all the best🎉
Nice video Dan. Excellent bit of kit, very cool machine and a excellent job result on the electrics tray. Job well done mat. Take care and ride safe, Cheers
I swear, some professional engineering shops don't have all the good gear you have by now. What's next ? - a full size CNC machine :) How do you even still work from home with all that machinery, you must be seriously running out of space by now. Anyway, great to watch as you taking for fab work to the next level. rsm8
Thank you, mate and my advantages. I have everything on wheels so I can manoeuvre stuff quite easily and still have the room to work. It’s actually more spacious than you think. Eventually one day I’ll have a warehouse, but I really enjoy working from my garage
So.. what do you do to keep water from rear tire getting in the electronic trey? I'm running into this issue now on a '72 CB650 Nighthawk. Made a trey... now having to make an additional piece to block water...
Impressive! One downside is more waste since the machine doesn't use existing edge. But with a result like that, who cares!?! Your shop is better equipped than the one I used to work at. So now you'll make series of goods and sell via internet? Cheers!
Its a shame you’ve not got a Swift-Cut CNC table from H&F, but these Arc Droids are ideal for small workshops and occasional use. You need a lot more water in your tray, its there to catch the fumes.
Hey, I had a question about a Yamaha Virago build I am working on right now! I know its not the same bike you are working on in this video, but I do know you have you that you are currently doing work on. My question is about the frame. Specifically the lower frame which connects to the engine and the main frame. I have found that after taking mine apart, it does not want to go back together as easily. Taking a look at it, the holes dont seem to line up very well and I can help but thinking that the lower frame might be bent? Have you seen any issues like this with your build and do you have any ideas as to how I might fix this problem? Thanks!
Probably you just swapped two brackets which connect rear cylinder to the main frame. They´re slightly different and hence not interchangeable. Maybe check that first and try again.
I got one for my custom motorcycle shop when they first came out..absolutely love it
Such a cool machine, what do you mainly make on yours?
Mate, you have seriously gone to the next level. That is totally sick. Can't wait to see what you do with your new kit.
Thank you so much mate. Still learning the dos and don’ts I’ve already got a pile of scrap that I’ve been practising on 👍
Super fun
That tracing feature is amazing!🤯

@@CafeRacerGarage that's awesome!
Never thought I'd want a plasma cutter in my life

Thanx mate yep just gotta not break it now haha 😮
Nice, looks shade tree mechanics has gone up a notch!
I miss seeing the moto build videos, when will they be back?
I’m not sure how much of this video you watched however I built 3 parts for motorcycles in this one as I was setting up and testing my new machines.

@@BadHorsie2 no worries, I’m just sharing my journey and the process of how I make parts.

Dan that’s a sick bit of kit, love the result of the electrics tray. Need some motivation to work on my bike! (new house has taken over lately)

Not exactly hobbyist pricing at 8.5k for the plasma and droid package, but a handy gift from H&F. 👍
Parabéns muito top show de técnicas e excelente profissional Abraços Daniel Dmotos aqui do Brasil
Whooa ! What a dream of machine for a café racer enthusiast. You will reach another level of quality with this tool for sure !
Thank you, mate and yes, that is certainly the plan

Very cool. If you get one more tool, you’re going to need a bigger garage. 😁
Awesome
Hello friends can you please help me I wanted to make a solo seat for bobber can you tell me how much should be thick of foam for solo seat?
Do you plan on doing an update video on cx500 and cb750?

What... no discount code? 😉
Nice tool advert.
CAD or CAD, Computer Aided Design, or Cardboard Aided Design😂
Just how big is your garage?😬
