@@user-kr5ie5sh7x well, you wouldn't compare it to a Pico 4, or Meta Quest VR headsets. This is a low budget VR device that works with your mobile phone VR apps to create a VR environment. Concerning whether it pains the eyes, if you don't set the lenses well or use it for a long time the eyes get strained.
uh how to use the vrchat app with the vr shinecon headset? idk much if at all about using it I have a vr shinecon headset I just got it recently without controllers....
VRChat is still a beta version, meaning it's still being tested. It hasn't reached its full potential. But if you really want to use it, you will have to create an account using a preferred email and password. But it may not be flexible with the VR environment via the VR Shinecon since it requires interactive movements that are not easy with the VR Shinecon, especially if you do not have controllers. I would recommend other VR apps for now.
You download games to your phone. The VR Shinecon only provides the lenses and headphones to project the VR games playing on your phone. You can get the VR games via Playstore or Appstore
Its called a VR Shinecon Virtual Reality Headset, the brand name is "VR Shinecon". Check out this unboxing video for details: th-cam.com/video/wsc4jB6WHlc/w-d-xo.htmlsi=TT5KUWZom0t2U_Kl

Does the headphones are working with Bluetooth ?
Unfortunately, the headphones can't work via Bluetooth. They include an audio jack, which you have to plug into the phone.
Cardboard setting please
Which cardboard app are you using?
