Man, Resolve would have been so fucking good for the ending of the game. The rush of feelings caused by that guitar combined with that shot of the Nowhere Islands, it just makes you think "Man, this is the end isn't it?"

I want to reiterate my opinions on Mother 3 and it's just a terrible game for what it is worth. It's an awesome game, probably one of the best games that could ever come out but it's still underwhelming for the promises that were given for the N64 release. Well, calling it terrible might be too far as we don't know how the N64 version would've turned out to be but still, the game is lacking and it sometimes shows. It's like Breath of the Wild, It's a game that is perfect for what it is, but the "what it is" part is so small, it's not fun after basically doing nothing but staring at the scenery. There is no content but ones that exist are basically perfected. If only the game was actually packed with more content that is as perfect as the ones that we got then I would regard it as the best game, if not the top 5.

White doesn't use the same leitmotif as the scrapped Tazmily theme, Fairies does. White actually uses the same motif as Gentle Rain.

That's true, but I believe I'd be a different song that didn't make it to the final game. "Adolescence" doesn't really fit overworld gameplay imo.
Fun fact: Adolescence is mentioned in some leftover code for an attract mode and it’s possible to reimplement it via hacking

The 2005 build was just a mockup made for this video, and most of it was video-editing trickery.
