Great stuff, thanks for this, my NP03 action won't close, I think there is something jammed inside, so I'll be following these steps later today to hopefully find the issue and fix it.
Awesome perfect timing.. my cocking lever on my breaker started popping open after a shot and noticed small cracks, fractures along lever and looks slightly bent this all started after a buddy used gun hunting and said he had a pollymag pellet jam in the mag and breach sideways I will be ordering the new improved lever from you. Thanks in advance
Morning. Awesome full break down vid man. Do you know if you can switch barrels from a .177 to a .22 without completely depleting the air from of the tanks on any kral or an np02 to be specific? Thanks
They are the same diameter going in but the length of the smaller diameter section may not be the same length. Not sure the screw retaining divots would line up either.
@@AnnihilatorAirguns many thanks ive got a reximex accura but its only a 380 mm barrel there arnt any barrels for the reximex in the uk but loads of 580 mm barrels for a krall the retaining lugs should be simple enough to make new ones and the length of the small diameter that goes into the block is 45.65mm to 45.75 ish lol cheers and thanks
Troy, I just picked up my new breaker. Its UK spec so the hammer adjuster cap is locked in place. Do you know how to remove these? The factory hammer spring is binding and I need to changed this and add some top hats and slip discs, but I can't get in through the adjuster cap. Thank you
Hi thank you for your film I bought a fire damaged stock Webley Mastiff and wanted to strip it totally so found you film on the Karl puncher Wich is the same gun different name and did it it’s like new gun thank you very much. John.
Opening up the port on the barrel only. Does that alone help with a bit more power? Or is it a must to open up the related components to get any benefit? If you’re just looking for a bit more , not a lot more. Or what would be a recommended “tune” for a beginner who is starting out with disassembling/assembling.
Thanks for sharing it, now I know how to disassemble my kral puncher breaker purposely to see how it won't work when I cock. Upon cocking, it will slide and it won't cock, maybe there is a problem on its spring tossing the sear to hold the bolt.
Thanks. I'm wanting to tune it myself. I know you do a good job but this is my new hobby and I want to do it myself. What about a good short moderator for it ? It is pretty loud but I don't want to make it much longer.
It would be nice if manufacturing come up with a type of quick disconnect for the barrels on PCP rifles that would do away with O-Rings and make dissembling faster and safer without the worries of O-Rings getting destroyed in the process.
Great video Troy, Just one question are parts interchangable between models as they look pretty much the same ? ie would the puncher bullpup barrel fit the jumbo and vise versa ?
Hi Troy. Really love your vids and tuition. Im from uk and just purchased a second hand kral puncher in .177. The mags dont rotate and are not moving to next pellet, have you any vids or advice to repair? Also my cock8ng lever has too much up and down play when its pulled back, have u vids or advice? Thanks and kind regards
Hi Troy, great videos, ive learnt so much, i have an issue which i cannot resolve, when i pump the gun using the manual pump it seems that the hose holds pressure but nothing is entering the gun, the pump is impossible to push down but seems to pressurize a little when i pull it up with great difficulty, what do you think it might be ? Thank you kindly
Good information, thanks I was wondering if anyone knows the material of the air reservoir. Is it steel or stainless steel or aluminum? Specially the kral puncher empire 330 cc
Where did you get that improved firing valve? Mine broke right at the o-ring, and I just had to order a new one on Pyramidair, the shipping was horrendous, and the disassembly wasn't fun either. I'd like one like yours.
The new factory firing valve assembly (stem poppet and seal) shouldn't fail. The use much better material now. These I have made but require the valve to be machined to add an oring to the inside of where the stem rides.

Hi very useful video just one question like Dan Hurst asked a year ago have you any way to remove the UK anti tamper mine is on a Webley Mastiff which uses the same action, there is a pin under the rear trigger mount that is the problem stopping removal of the hammer. Thank you Graham
Hi did it I used apiece of tubing that went over the screw shear point than filed teeth on it next hardened it and used a Battery drill in reverse hay presto it just bit in and unscrewed it, iirc then fitted my regulator but am waiting on a reduced spring to keep it legal. Thanks Graham

Jacques du Plessis it's not necessary. You'll just have to remove the muzzle break/shroud in order to remove the reservoir. The barrel band has to slide off the barrel.
Hi Troy, I have a problem with my kral arms puncher breaker I can't fully fill my air rifle to a max of 200 bar. Everytime I fill it up it only fills up to 180 bar . Do you have any solution for this?
mark mendoza is it fully filled? You can't put pressure on the gun higher than what's in the tank. If that's not the case does the gun gauge match the tank fill gauge. It's possible the gauge isn't reading properly.
Troy I’m having problems filling mine without air escaping from the fill port I have replaced the orings and it still leaks out quickly I have a hand pump should this pump fill it? It does the same with a tank also
Jeremy Rowe I had same issue, push the fill probe into the port and hold then while still holding pump a couple times with the other hand or use two people, after a couple of pumps it will seal and start filling
London Vermin Control that worked, I pushed it in and once I had a little pressure behind it it worked. I also used a some lithium grease and it filled right up. Thanks

It will add a bit more. Use a counter sink bit to give it a funnel shape for better airflow.
nice video.very informative..what caliber and ftb is that firing at thanks?
Thanks so much for this Troy, appreciate it! Ed
Hey Troy, you called the hammmer spring bolt a power adjuster. Does turning that affect pellet velocity?
It does. It adds or reduces the power of the hammer strike.

It would be nice if manufacturing come up with a type of quick disconnect for the barrels on PCP rifles that would do away with O-Rings and make dissembling faster and safer without the worries of O-Rings getting destroyed in the process.

Uses an allen wrench to tighten.

Back off the small nut holding the trigger link bar at the back. If it's too tight it will jam.
