Loud 'pops and bangs' reminds me of when poorly timed engines used to backfire - sounds awful IMO
Agreed. Why anyone would want to do that to their car is beyond me.
@@anthonysharpe5104 give the car most character, plus you can put it in comfort or normal mode when you want it off. Mine is only a 3 second duration anyways with stock catback and DP
Yeah it sounds like garbage. Some of the owners must think it gives off the image they have big power lol. Standard pops and burbles from the 7.5 R, i30N and few others are just the right amount from factory.

The more i hear this, the more i hate it. If it would’ve been a 2-3 pops between shifts but it just never ends. In my opinion it is at the same level as the ricer civic stereotype. But that 5 cylinders is just perfect!
@@cebastienlarochelle8182 True. The standard MK7.5 R has ok pops from factory. And then there's the i30N which has a good amount of pops as well.
At last, that dumbass got out of the middle of the road....
Is the turbo flutter normal? Sounds like open intake at 3:03 ?
Probably a dump valve or something like that.
