Larson has shown more this year that he can make Hendrick competitive than Chase in his years at Hendrick. No shade on Chase, but Larson has been stellar this year.

I could see Kevin Harvick buying JTG Daughtry Racing and still racing for Stewart-Haas much like Denny Hamlin did this season. In fact that would be a great move for him, his family, his company and even Nascar. Kevin and Delana would hire the right people to run the team and life honestly wouldn't have to change all that much. Then in a few years he can retire and move to the broadcasting booth and also be a team owner. Several years down the line Keelan (his son) could make his way up to Cup and drive for KHI's race team. As a side note: I feel that Jr Motorsports is making a mistake by not moving up to the Cup level in 2022. Now is the time to do it because unfortunately the charters will only rise in value. I feel that it would be one less back filler team out there running with a charter. I hoping that Nascar will step in and take control of the #51 Charter from Petty/Ware as they have been in the bottom 3 in points the last two seasons and this year if they continue down the path they are one it will be the third consecutive season, in which the rules state a loss of the Charter.
