This is a phenomenal video guide for progressive muscle relaxation. I'll be using this with my psychotherapy clients. I love it as an intro for them to use on their own to get more familiar with the exercise outside of session.
While I did love the short nature of it and it was effective, I'd love it if you'd care to do a longer version. You have a good voice for it and either way, thank you sir.
I’m considering slowing down the playback speed cause I find it just a little bit rushed, I have to take time and focus on aligning my breathing to the tense and relax and it was going a bit too fast for me. Agreed the nature was a nice touch though
I like this as its quicker than some and as a het up person I find longer ones too difficult to relax to as I feel guilty lying down and not being productive ! Thank you
I do this with my clients and students as a relaxation exercise. Anthony Hopkins was taught this by Sir Laurence Oliver. He was so wrecked understudying him in Othello that he Would sweat through several shirts #actors #actingexercise
Right idea but you're not even giving people time to release the breathe from one muscle to another, and yes I have read other complaints about this in the video where you say to use the wheel to slow down the video, sure that might help, but the reality is this video is just way too quick, instead of getting us to slow down the video why don't you make a video at the proper speed
I hope you find this helpful.
Taking time to care for yourself is necessary. We should eliminate the toxic productivity plaguing us. Self love and care are essential for wellness.
I did this with my girlfriend who struggles with anxiety and I think it really helped. Really put me at ease too. So nice
Glad it was helpful.
When journaling wasn’t cutting it, I found what I needed. Thank you for this stress relief
You are so welcome!
Thank you for this video! It’s short and sweet which is perfect for me! I also loved the closing words: “Be healthy. Be happy. Be well.”
glad you liked it.
I think its based on the metta meditation/lovingkindness! May you be healtht, may you be happy, may you be well.
My son has really struggled with sleep and this has been a game changer in helping him fall asleep at night
Glad to hear. You might even look into binural beats. The app Calm has a number of those tracks.

Lots of long over the top meditation videos out there with obnoxious background music. Love this is straight to the point, that works better for me.
Glad you liked it
Thank you
Welcome
Thank you 🙏🏽
I like the shorter length of this, but you do ask us to take 3 slow deep breaths in the span of like 5 seconds lmao
This was fantastic. Thank you 🙏.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you ✌❤
You're welcome 😊
Puting an ad in the middle of a medidation is diabolocal.
Sorry, not my doing. The mid-ad box is not active (not allowed for videos less than 8 minutes) must be a TH-cam thing.
my school navigator suggested this to me

Dude you’re talking to fast
This is way too fast im not getting time to breath and do the exercise you are saying things very quickly, stressed me out more to be honest
Sorry, there are many other options available on TH-cam and Calm. You can click the wheel button on the top right and adjust the speed to your liking.
@@dradamrosen OK thank you
