Yesssssss...Ive been a RT/NE fan since 1983 and I'm NOT going nowhere. Ralph is an amazingly humble and beautiful being inside and out who love and appreciate his fans dearly. He spoke of a NE reunion. I do truly hope he get his solo project done/finished and accomplish from it what he desires to before the reunion though. He deserve to be and do him. He give to so many and have given for so long he's neglected giving to himself. To me... it's not about what he can give the fans. He's given for decades.... it's about what he's ready to now give to "him". But regardless, "Im with him all the way"!!

Very nice interview, I have been a fan since 83 as well. I love New Edition and would love to see them on stage together again, but I want to hear new music from Ralph, my favorite NE member. I was truly happy to see Ralph and Ronnie Devoe on stage together in Atlanta. It was an emotional moment. Love you Ralph, he is so fine and humble. True fan for life.
I think Ralph is not focused on NE right now but himself. He’s doing the right thing. For years put the group first over himself and his own career and finally he has decided to get his stuff in order. As much as a NE reunion would be awesome, I think he has to do this. He has to establish himself out of the group. I wish him luck.

They went further to do research on their own about BTM (I told them about BBD, ABC & BTM) and they told me that Wanye's sons now have a group. Amazing how this great info is being soaked up by another generation and inspiring them to learn more!!!! As a society, if we feed our children WELL, mind, body and spirit, that benefits all of us. Ralph needs to improve his diet or hire a vegan nutritionist to help He needs to check his daily protein intake and make sure he is getting all necessary amino acids. He also needs minerals from sea algae (sea moss, blue green algae, chlorella, spirulina). Might need more calories. He will appear more energetic and fill out those cheeks when eating correctly. Still handsome.

When you're living a true vegan lifestyle, void of fake foods, your diet is void of animal/muscle meat, dairy and synthetic sugars, which means you will drop weight much faster than when you're adhering to a conventional "diet". Ralph has always had a thin frame so that's not an issue. For the most part, the body will naturally dip to a weight which is healthy for you and level off. If you become too thin, it usually means you're not consuming enough calories or plant-based protein or burning calories hella fast. He's a working man, so him traveling and touring may also be a factor. He looks very healthy though.

I wonder how the person with the comment really looks like. How Ralph chooses to eat is no one business but his. Being vegan does not mean a person is dealing with aids that comment was uncalled for. Flexitarian diet is the way to go. Fruits and vegetables with EVERY meal and small portions of chicken or fish--or other mests. Mostly water and juices for drinks. Regular exercise. You will have a healthy look--slim, fit, and tone.
I dont think the vegan lifestyle is healthy. Nor is it realistic for MANY millions of folks. I could never do that - no meat fish or dairu forever? Naw. Not for me. I couldn't even go one day eating like that. Just lettuce. Smh. I dont think that's healthy.
@@IAMTALLBOY Happily.... I have atrial fibrillation ( heartbeats erratic for mo reason), they wanted to put me on pills that were masking the condition. I decided to do what I could to get rid of it. I weighed 180, at 5'5 (female) with high blood pressure (HBP) & high cholesterol. I decided to lose weight, & exercise to get rid of my HBP, etc. I started just limiting junk foods and eating more natural. I saw a video to treat heart disease with whole food plant based diet. I went on that with B12 supplements & coQ10, Omega. Results: within a few months I weighed 130lbs, no HBP, healthy cholesterol. I found out if I ate: bread, meat, pizza 😫, or smoked weed 😫😫 my heart would act up. So I gave up all that. I don't have aches & pains no more, no stomach issues, clear skin, breath, etc. My body rejects things since I was younger that are bad for me. I just listen more, and am healthier for it. I had to decide: food or life - that was my choice. I chose life. I get my entertainment from other things. Every meal is like Thanksgiving, delicious, all from scratch - and NO processed foods. Occasionally I can have salmon, or another healthy fish. The government doesn't care if you live or die. They will milk you for every penny, through preventable diseases, and us believing the food, & drug industry. Cow milk is not made for adults. That is why so many can't tolerate it. They abuse these animals, and their tortured karma ends up in us.
@@missshannon9790 that's why a doctor will offer you a triple bypass rather than tell you to change your diet, they believe Americans won't do it, so they fill us with drugs so we can continue to eat junk and foods that kill us early, or give us preventable chronic disease... that CAN be cured by a healthy, whole food diet. Eat your favorites occasionally, as a reward while you can. Don't wait until you can't them at all, like me.

I wonder how the person with the comment really looks like. How Ralph chooses to eat is no one business but his. Being vegan does not mean a person is dealing with aids that comment was uncalled for. Ralph has always been small in size but Hugh at heart. I’m sure Ralph has good doctors on staff that monitors his weight. Look at Ralph last concert when is the last time anyone in these comments saw a 50 plus year old man go down on his knees like that, and come back up without help. He must be doing something right.

I guarantee he was probably eating popeyes, other low quality CAFO meat, and just had a piss-poor diet, in general, like a lot of black folks do. Anyone who stops eating that crap will feel better. He also admitted he was having issues when he first went vegan because of the way he was eating. He looks bad to be 51. I bet if he got into pastured grassfed meats, quality veggies & fruits & fats, and left sugar and grains alone he would have amazing results and and not look so emaciated and old.

Flexitarian diet is the way to go. Fruits and vegetables with EVERY meal and small portions of chicken or fish--or other mests. Mostly water and juices for drinks. Regular exercise. You will have a healthy look--slim, fit, and tone.
My girl is Vegan and she always got headaches and getting sick.
So true, I became a vegan for the same reasons same good results.
I dont think the vegan lifestyle is healthy. Nor is it realistic for MANY millions of folks. I could never do that - no meat fish or dairu forever? Naw. Not for me. I couldn't even go one day eating like that. Just lettuce. Smh. I dont think that's healthy.
@@IAMTALLBOY Happily.... I have atrial fibrillation ( heartbeats erratic for mo reason), they wanted to put me on pills that were masking the condition. I decided to do what I could to get rid of it. I weighed 180, at 5'5 (female) with high blood pressure (HBP) & high cholesterol. I decided to lose weight, & exercise to get rid of my HBP, etc.
I started just limiting junk foods and eating more natural. I saw a video to treat heart disease with whole food plant based diet. I went on that with B12 supplements & coQ10, Omega.
Results: within a few months I weighed 130lbs, no HBP, healthy cholesterol.
I found out if I ate: bread, meat, pizza 😫, or smoked weed 😫😫 my heart would act up. So I gave up all that. I don't have aches & pains no more, no stomach issues, clear skin, breath, etc. My body rejects things since I was younger that are bad for me. I just listen more, and am healthier for it.
I had to decide: food or life - that was my choice. I chose life. I get my entertainment from other things.
Every meal is like Thanksgiving, delicious, all from scratch - and NO processed foods. Occasionally I can have salmon, or another healthy fish.
The government doesn't care if you live or die. They will milk you for every penny, through preventable diseases, and us believing the food, & drug industry. Cow milk is not made for adults. That is why so many can't tolerate it. They abuse these animals, and their tortured karma ends up in us.
@@missshannon9790 that's why a doctor will offer you a triple bypass rather than tell you to change your diet, they believe Americans won't do it, so they fill us with drugs so we can continue to eat junk and foods that kill us early, or give us preventable chronic disease... that CAN be cured by a healthy, whole food diet. Eat your favorites occasionally, as a reward while you can. Don't wait until you can't them at all, like me.
