    Do you recommend PGX Fiber as a scource of glucomannan ?

    I do take 8-10-12 or more capsules of psyllium husk. No problem. But I don't do that every day, only before a carb heavy meal.
    Inulin might be used a sweetener. I add it to my "ice cream".
    But the most important thing is to use a lot of water with the fibers.

    Do the calories in these fibre count? That really matters to me.. I can have A LOT of Konjac and psyllium husks a day but if I take what they say on the labels it’s like 500 calories a day. Help dr! Love your channel x
